Bought a Miken wheeled roller bag in sept of 2023 and didn’t use it or even take out of box the whole way until middle of may of 2024, and using it once a week for 3 months, I have had stitching come apart on the main handle and their warranty only covers 6 months or 1 season so buying anything at the end of a season is detrimental to you if you have a warranty issue arise, so don’t buy in off-season as defective products may not be covered. Poor workmanship should covered and a 1 yr warranty is basic now a days for good companies
Difficult to replace with warranty
We bought an Easton bat in February of 2024. The bat broke in June of 2024 and to get it replaced is ridiculously complicated.
They will not help you over the phone so you have to file through 200 bat types and hope you are correct. It is not an easy process. I have spent over an hour trying to get this bat replaced.

Purchased a bat for my wife, the Easton Dunn Deal. Cracked after 30 swings. Refused to give money back. Warranty replacement only. I owned the bat less than 24 hours. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered online custom helmets and they sent me the wrong color. The confirmation email did not state a color which was ordered and they are now telling me they will not refund or exchange the helmets. Very poor experience dealing with Rawlings employees. Very unprofessional.

Heart of hide catchers mitt used less than 6 months pocket broke and had to be re laced! Warranty doesn’t cover laces! Really? For the price I expected a lot better quality of product!!! Do not waste your money!!!!
Tried to order a softball bat
Tried to order a softball bat, but due to so called high volume the order couldn't be placed. I called and was given 3 different methods to purchase the bat and none worked. I then called the company and the gentleman said to try them back in about an hour. When I tried it again the same happened so I called to speak with someone however now they were closed for the holiday. Good luck trying to purchase something from them. I can see why their reviews are in the toilet. I gave them a 1 because 0 wasn't an option.
First time trying to purchase a glove…
First time trying to purchase a glove and it said it was in stock waited for a while and never got anything called them, and they said that it wasn’t stock and that I could call in another two weeks to see if it was in stock If not, they could refund me. I did just that and ask for a refund they stated they could not put my money back on the original payment method that I would have to create a PayPal so I did that got the money but they also sent me a 20% off, when I tried to use it, it states it invalid. It was a lot of runaround. Do not think I would ever try to purchase from them again.
DO NOT CUSTOM ORDER A GLOVE
Once you submit an order for a custom glove DO NOT expect that anything can be modified or canceled. All you get is a receipt with no options to cancel or modify. All I wanted to do was change a size and another feature, before the glove was even being built! There is no option for modification either! I was told I had to cancel the order completely and rebuild the glove which is stupid. Customer service kept telling me they should get back with you for your request 24-48 hours. Every two days for over a week I would call and customer service would just keep saying that they should email you anytime. Finally, I received an email back that just said DENIED. For a $400 glove with that kind of service I will forever be taking my business elsewhere and will be sharing my experiences with anyone else in the market for a glove.
Very unprofessional
Ordered a glove, paid for it, bill showed up on credit card, no email sent from rawlings . com to confirm purchase, next day went to rawlings . com to check order status and it had the glove I bought pictured but it said previously viewed and stated no orders as of yet. What's going on?
Customer service hell
Sent the wrong baseballs and customer service is a nightmare, they won’t correspond in writing, only over the phone. They lie and say they’re sending a return shipping label, spoiler alert: they don’t. Their customer service # goes straight to voicemail at inexplicable times (2pm EST on a Wednesday). Overall just a very shady, unethical, and dysfunctional company to do business with. They can’t even get baseballs right.
NO Reply, NO replacement
Bought a Rawlings Threat baseball bat for my grandson on 8/30/22. In April of 2023 the bat cracked in several places. I contacted Just Bats and they sent me copy of receipt and return label to Rawlings in MN. The bat was sent back on 4/30/23 and received by Rawlings on 5/5/23. I have sent several emails requesting a replacement bat or refund or at least contact me. No reply. I will not purchase from Just Bats or Rawlings again!
Customized glove
I am only giving 1 star as it wont let me give none! Horrible customer service and craftsmanship. Spelt last name wrong and Rawlings blames it on the customer, who's invoice had the correct spelling. There is no way to confirm purchase or to have a Preview of the work on your purchase.
They Won't take returns on customized glove, or correct the problem. I will never by anything again from this store. The company is a Joke.
The absolute worst customer service…
The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Order two pair of baseball pants they continue to tell me that they were shipping within the next week after two months of waiting I finally gave up. Customer service agent couldnt care less
I'd choose zero stars if possible
I'd choose zero stars if possible. I order my sons three pairs of baseball pants a few months ago. Two did not fit at all, so I asked for a return slip or address label. Each time I have included the order numbers, and each time Rawlings then asks for the order numbers. Months of a canned reply and that-that's all I've gotten. Never have they been so bad as this past year. I would never use Rawlings again which sucks because my sons love their products.
Subpar Customer Service
If I could give these people a "0", I would! I ordered an order in March 2022. It is nearing the end of May 2022 and I still haven't received the item. Customer service has been stating that the "order is on its way" or "in the warehouse being prepared for shipment". Today, I was told to "cancel the order"!!!?? What reputable company suggests that without giving a valid reason? This company needs to reevaluate their customer service policies. Until then, I'll not spend my money here!

Ordered baseball pants 12/26/21. Did not receive until 3/25/22. No communication with regards to delay. When I called person answering theirs phones was nothing but rude. Fri, March 18:Called twice, was transferred to bats like I have been every other call, then transferred to a voicemail line, left voicemail. Called back and put in my phone number to be called back. No one did. Sent email to service and returns at Rawlings with no response.
Your company has the worst customer service of any supplier I have ever dealt with. No one wants to speak to help anyone and won't return calls or emails. It's a simple warranty replacement, why don't you want to help loyal customers? You don't even have a chat line, I guess to ignore people more. When you do get around to it whenever you feel like it, maybe you can help us out. We will be posting this email to every social media account we have and also google reviews. Maybe that you would actually care about, but I doubt it.
We will be buying Under Armour or Evoshield gear in the future, Rawlings just isn't worth the trouble.

I wished I can give 0 stars. I purchased a bat for my daughter 1.5 years ago, there is a defect and Rawlings won't replace the bat cause it's over 1 year and out of warranty. This is a $350 bat. They refuse to offer a discount for the purchase of a new bat, they offered to repair it for $50..... this should not of happened in just a year and a half. I would NEVER purchase another product from Rawlings. Their customer service is awful

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with, completely incompetent! I cancelled an order because it was allegedly back logged and I found the same bat elsewhere and received it in a week. This company didn't cancel my order, causing it to ship and take money from my account that wasn't supposed to come out, resulting in overdraft. They never answer the phone. It took almost a week for a call back. They answered one email stating that the cancellation was being processed after I spoke with someone that said they cancelled it. None of it was true. I now have to return said bat...ugh... This is not a cheap bat. I can't afford two of them. Nothing but frustration.
