SCAM - DO NOT USE. Other reviews are correct, there is no stock of what they claim to have. Paid for a product three months ago and nothing. No response at all emails.

Service is literally terrible. I emailed them 5 times with no response, but the second I threatened to file a dispute they emailed back within hours. Their website lists things that are not actually in stock, and then makes you wait MONTHS for a "quoted shipping time" which they do not actually know, it is guessed. If they cared, they would just give automatic refunds when their products are out of stock, or LOGICALLY NOT LIST ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK. Terrible communication skills and terrible website. Will not be ordering from again.

Purchased from them in the past and didn't have issues. Tried ordering this month, never received shipping notification. Asked what the deal was and they responded there was a delay and it will be shipped soon. Still nothing. Tried to email them again and it got kicked back as undeliverable.

Avoid ordering from here. For rave gear, take your money to Iheartraves, Ravewonderland, or Yandy instead. They have the same products and actually want to do business with you.

I ordered a pair of demonias and it was taking so long to arrive I emailed them I messaged them I don't know when they are coming I had ordered them on the 15 of January and its already the first of February

I have been completely messed around by this company.
I emailed in to ask how long UK shipping would take and I had a very quick response to say 10 working days.
So I ordered £260 dollars worth of products.
12 working days had passed so I emailed and had no reply the 14 and no reply and then on the 15th working day I wrote again to getting shipping as o needed the item by the 18th working day and no one replied again.

I found their Instagram page and messaged to say if I did not hear back from them I would report them to my bank. Without explanation or apology we were refunded but lost money to the exchange rate.

A complete waste of time, if they had said in the first place they couldn’t send the item I would have purchased elsewhere.

If i could give this a no star i would. Poor customer service. I ordered 10/30 and they promised me my shoes for Christmas. 35 days later no tracking. Then they tell me that was a PRE-ORDER and i would see my shoes AFTER dec 31st. I said cancel and the ONLY thing they sent me was an email saying cancelled. No time frame on when i will see my refund..nothing. They should be out of business. Scam to say the least..DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

I ordered a pair of demonias for $108 and after I ordered them I looked at all these negative reviews and was very concerned, it has been a week and I'm still waiting for a tracking number.

I made two orders. One showed up & the second never did, I’ve contacted them via email, Instagram and on my account multiple times and haven’t heard a single thing about my order. I have been ordering from rave ready for years and am incredibly disappointed in the absolutely horrible customer service.

Ive been a faithful buyer from raveready prior to the COVID outbreak and have had no issues. However as of October 6th I placed an order for one shirt expecting to have it by Halloween. The payment was takin immediately and processed as order shipped directly. However no tracking information or follow up information has been received since October 19th and four messages. After this experience I will never buy from this company again and would not recommend anyone else to!

I'm bitterly disappointed in Rave Ready, I made an order of over $300AUD/$200USD worth of J Valentine nearly a month ago. My orders status was updated 'shipped directly' within 24 hours of my order being placed but I never received a tracking number or evidence that my order was actually shipped. I have now sent 4 different messages since this time and have not received any responses. I am so disappointed and upset that I have heard nothing at all despite all these attempts to contact RaveReady. I am a buyer from Australia and found RaveRready through JValentine's list of official stockists and didn't think twice when they had items in stock I struggled to find in my sizes on other stockists websites. I have been in contact with J Valentine directly and will let them know of my experience, as well as multiple Instagram and other social media accounts who have significant followings. This bad experience needs to be shared. I hope that there's an attempt from RaveReady to reach out and confirm a tracking number/proof of postage as soon as possible.

I ordered something from here and 6weeks later after multiple messages asking where it is, I have had no responses and no outfit. Im raging! I want my outfit and some response!! How dare you treat paying customers this way. Will make a complaint against the company and create a dispute if I don’t hear from them ASAP. Which it looks like is headin that way.

Made an order and was missing a large part of the order, no information was sent out from rr, tried to contact them multiple times about issue with no response. Next time I'll make sure to order from a site with a contact phone number... I own a photo studio and have had great luck in the past with yandy and yourlamode, Do No Order From Raveready!!!!

Also read some of the 5 star reviews, there deff fake seeing as there talking about great quality tea and business cards lol

Order placed on 01/19/2020 for a J Valentine top that was sold out on every other rave clothing website I checked and was only to find in stock through Rave Ready.
Immediately received 3 e-mail confirmations:
One for signing up, one for payment accepted, and one for order confirmation.
I kept going to the website to check status/tracking number and no updates nothing.
I searched Rave Ready reviews and saw horrible reviews of scams and got worried, so I decided to message them 01/29/2020 10:54AM through their website for status.
Meanwhile later that day at about 3PM, headed home for lunch since I live close to work, opened my mailbox and my package was there!!! Tried it on and it fits great!
I get back to work about 4PM same day to an e-mail from Rave Ready saying my "order was delivered today" along with tracking number.
I was about to call my bank for a refund, but glad everything went great here. Tulsa, Oklahoma

I placed an order for a body suit back in Nov and i never received a tracking number or anything. The money was pulled from my account and i needed it for Halloween. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I’ve been emailing costumer service and i never get a response back. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. Please do not order from here !!!!!! They take your money !!

Once receiving my order, I felt the need to write a review.

About two weeks ago I placed an order for a J Valentine jacket as I’d found this site listed on sites that supply them. I live in Tasmania, Australia and didn’t even think twice about ordering when I found what I wanted. Once paid for, somehow I began looking at reviews for the website (which I hadn’t beforehand) and completely stressed out at the multitude of negative reviews. I’d spent so much money, especially once it was converted to AUD.

My tracking number hasn’t shown on my order so I emailed the website and received a reply within two days with a tracking number (it still never showed on my order, but oh well, they gave me one!)

Today I received my order and could not be happier. I will most definitely buy from this website again with no stress at all. :)

I wish I could give 0 stars!! This is such an awful company, I wish I had researched it before wasting my time and money. They are scammers and will take your payment but NEVER ship your items. They also make it impossible to reach them. I’ve attempted to email, but 2 weeks later, nothing!!! WORST COMPANY EVER.

They sent me the wrong item and still have not responded to my message about fixing it, I will be disputing the charge with my cc company. I placed another order for what I originally wanted and even though it says shipped I have no tracking number still. Don't order from this site its obviously a bunch of amateurs who have no clue on how to run a business.

I spent $134 four weeks ago and never received my order!! I emailed them over 4 times and never did they respond once. There is no phone number to call. AND I asked to cancel my order and NOTHING!! I can't believe this place is getting away with this! They need to be stopped.

I ordered a pair of bottoms almost three weeks ago with priority mail and yet to even receive a tracking number. I have emailed the costumer service number a couple of times and no response if they don’t respond within a week I will file a dispute with my bank. Do NOT order from this site total scam!!!

THEY DON'T DELIVER TO THE UK!

I panicked when I saw all these reviews and immediately send Raveready a kind message asking about my item and contact my bank. Bank told me to wait and Raveready told me they don't deliver to the UK and would give me a refund. I checked and it seems to be a legit company, BUT I bought some boots for £103 and they refunded me £98. So if it's a scam I got "lucky", but my advice is don't bother. Search for your item else where as they won't deliver to the UK anyway. :)
