Honest, real and thorough. Was happy to have me there for the inspection and gave some real and practical advise without trying to sell me anything. Would recommend.

The building inspector arrived on time. He was professional and friendly and I was impressed by how thorough he was with the ispection. He took time to walk me through the issues he had identified in the report so I understood the issues and how to address them.
The report was received the following day and detailed all of the items we'd spoken about, including photos.

We had to get a report for some work carried out over last few years. We are about to sell our home. William attended and fully explained everything he was looking at and the reason why. He was very thorough in his description. He also commented on the high quality of work of tradies. Very pleasant and easy process.

I am glad they did the inspection quicker and earlier than my expectation. The report is detailed and comprehensive too which helped my purchase process. The only negative is the price is $50 higher than their quotes in the phone call. I guess that is bc the arrangement is ahead of the booked date. They should mention the price diviation prior to the inspection, I am assuming.

Recently had Rapid do a Building and pest inspection, our inspector was amazing, he went over and above what we were expecting, he left no stone unturned in his inspection, bows in ceilings, checking water spots, looking for rust, climbing through the ceiling, well document report, and he spent the time to show us all the faults and future issues, highly recommend Rapid to do your inspection.
