Fast food version for Building inspectors shows up in crocs
punctual.... but using inaccessible as an excuse for almost everything... even because there is rug on a floor meant it is inaccessible to see the floor... inspector didn't want to get down and dirty even a little bit even though there was crawling space under the property to check on stumps... takes pic from opening and says inaccessible again...shows up in crocs.. can see in the pics as well.. rushed through entire process so he can go to another job site... exactly his words.. I wont recommend them to anyone... fast food version of building inspections

Hi Adnan - thank you for your feedback however we would like to point out some exclusions to your comments. Firstly, while the property was small in size the inspection uncovered numerous defects throughout. Secondly both obstructions to the property and access to the subfloor was carried out in full compliance with both OHS regulations and the Australian Standards for pre-purchase inspections. Finally, the inspector wore heavy work boots to carry out the inspection to the exterior of the property. As is normal with RBI he carried a second pair of shoes, in this case crocs, simply to enable a quick change of footwear to avoid the risk of either damage or dirtying the interior of the property with his heavy external shoes.

Impressed with Chris Keen's professionalism.
Received a phone call 45 minutes (1:18pm) after the inspection start time (12:30m) that I was not expecting.
Great comms, very personal manner over the phone, advised the outcome of the inspection with 1 recommendation for follow up with Body Corporate.
2:08pm less than 2 hours between the inspection and receiving a very comprehensive building inspection report in my email box.
100% would recommend and be reaching out to Chris in the future

I would strongly advise others to think twice before using Rapid Building Inspections.
They conducted the building and pest inspection for a property I purchased, and unfortunately the report failed to identify several serious issues that became obvious shortly after settlement. For example, the roof trusses are sagging, the garage door spring was broken, and there were multiple other problems with the house that were not mentioned in the inspection report.
Because these issues were not reported, I am now spending thousands of dollars on repairs that could have been identified during the inspection process. The purpose of paying for a professional building inspection is to uncover these kinds of defects before purchasing a property.
Based on my experience, the inspection did not provide the level of detail or protection that buyers rely on when making such a significant investment.

Grace and Paul were fantastic in inspecting my newly built off the plan property. Everything from the coordination, to payment, to explaining every detail of defects identified on the property was done with high professionalism. I am very impressed with their service!
Will definitely recommend these two for future inspections.
