Thank you so much. I just received my order and I’m so happy. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I’ll certainly tag you guys on Instagram when I wear it. It won’t be until October as I’ll be going to Canada for a wedding and I’ll wear it. I’ll definitely be coming to Rania Zara for my bridal attire - so impressed with the service and standard! Bad quality, incorrect sizes, overcharged shipping fees, no return
Very disappointed with my orders. No clear details of sizing, and even after I enquired through WhatsApp the order arrived and was a different length.
I was charged £15 for shipping, when the order arrived the label showed that the price for shipping was actually only £5 so they made an extra £10 from me.
Fabric/embroidery quality isn't very good, the garments are not lined so they are uncomfortable against the skin. Customer service was awful. As they don't take returns or exchanges I am going to have spend extra money to fix the outfits with an external tailor.

Our Normal Delivery time 5-7 Days for ready to ship is 15 Pounds. For Expressing Ship(Next Day), we charged 25 Pounds from the customer. It is mentioned in our shipping policy. Ma'am before shipping, we sent each client dress videos and pictures. Fabric is mentioned in the dress description what kind of fabric is used in the specific outfit. We don't make the outfits and we don't sell replica. all Pakistan Top Designers are in collaboration with us and they provide us the dresses to sell or we order from them.

Awful company liars ,refuse to give full refunds even though they advertise the products as wrong !! Scam artists know exactly what they are doing. I have had to open a case with my bank who have confirmed they are scammers stay away, hopefully when their accounts are frozen they will think twice

You have place an order for a dress Emira of Shahnaz Anis. The dress price is £135.88. Dupatta & Pants are add on this dress, you can also check on the designer website. Dupatta cost is £71.18 and Pant cost is £64.71. How can we give you complete dress in the price of only shirt. Ma'am, when we asked you about the dupatta and pants you want to add and also show you the price of them. but you accused us for lying with you. for the proof, we send you the designer website link.
Ma'am you can check our terms and condition, we can only cancel orders within 48 Hours and 5% cancellation fee.
Outfit took four months to ship and…
Outfit took four months to ship and then was delivered to the wrong address due to error from the shipping team, from where it couldnt be retrieved as the house being sold and no one lives there. The package has been lying in the rain and sun for 2 weeks now. No refund so far, had to get new clothes for the occassion for which I was buying it and no reply from the team on whatsapp or email.

We had a complete discussion on your order on whatsapp and we tried our best to communicate with DHL Team and the designer team FTA who had sent your parcel. On Eid, we were closed for 1 week. After coming back, we saw your chargeback from the bank and we communicated with you and try to find out your dress. We were agreed to refund you but due to bank chargeback, we don't have your money. The bank resolve the issue in your favour and fine us 10 Pounds. We tried our best but as a Third Party between designer and the customer it was a complete loose for us. Due to your issue, now we are doing shipping by yourselves so we don't face this kind of issue again. Designer mistakenly put wrong house no on the shipping address but we provided them the correct address. we are extremely sorry for the situation happened with you.

UTTERLY DISGUSTED BY THE POOR APPALING SERVICE. MISGUIDING CUSTOMERS AND MISLEADING CUSTOMERS AS WELL. THERE CLOTHES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE BUT IT WAS MY CHOICE TO BUY THEM. NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL WHEN GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM.GOT HIT TWICE WONT GET ME THE THIRD TIME FOR SURE. They say one thing on the website and another tilhing when you get in touch with them on the whereabout of the clothes. Full of lies. Per there T&Cs clothes to be deliverrd within 6 weeks to then tell you via chat that it is 55 working days and it changes depending on the brabd you have ordered.

Dear Customer,
You have order 2 Naira Dress of Kanwal Malik from us and their delivery time is 4-6 weeks (consider working days Mon- Fri). You order dress from us on 6th May 2024. Your dress dispatch date was between 10 - 15 June. Before ordering, you didn't discuss with us for the delivery that you need in the end of may. You emailed us after 6-7 days of placing the order and we clearly told you that it is not possible because dress make on order and it takes time. Designers are dealing with 100 of orders at same time. We requested them for you and told that they will try but we can't promise you for the early delivery. You asked us to cancel the order and cancellation was not possible at that time because according to the policy, we can't cancel the order after 48 Hours. Your order was ready on 13th June and dispatch to your address on 14th June from Pakistan to UK. It was arrived at UK on 18th June. Skynet tried to do deliver on your address but no one come to receive even they tried to contact you but you didn't response.
000511827721 Skynet Tracking Id for the proof. After that skynet contacted us, we contacted you but you ignore that point. Then we changed the address to our studio from skynet and ship it there. In this month start, you contacted us and said us that we didn't deliver your dresses yet and you also put chargeback on us. Now we will submit our response to the bank with all the delivery proofs and email & whatsapp chat records. It cause us a big loose because we did full payment to the designer. we pay custom charges and delivery charges from Pakistan to Uk Delivery. This order was a complete loss for us.
