Very poor communication from the Dunfermline branch and head office. The staff are not trained on how to handle complaints at all and are rude and dismissive. There is no transparency when dealing with them and they refuse to even offer an apology for a poor experience. They don't listen and seem to get flustered easily trying to defend themselves and boast about how good they are. Would not recommend and won't be using them in the future. It is really a shame that they would rather bully customers then get to the bottom of a complaint.

It was just a young lad that we saw in ramsays, his name ws Jamie and he couldn't be more helpful if he tried. He showed us on the screen where about the hotels that we had asked about were and he gave us the best price, we weren't booking that day but phoned 3 days later and booked holiday and yet again he was polite and helpful.

Booked party cruise from Dundee to Newcastle with return bus journey. The issue we had was the travel.
Dundee port. We walked from the Mal. Once you get into the port area their are very little (we didn’t see any) direction to get you to the area you board the ship. Please give directions or suggestions.
I received notice of reminders. One of them being. Print your parking permit. The day before I called Ramsay travel to be told I didn’t have a permit? I email them the document asking me to print it. Never heard anything back?
Bus back from Newcastle. We were informed we’d have to be out the cabins by 7.30. Off the ship by 8.30. Yet 10.30am we were still waiting for info on disembarkment and the bus. Hoarded to one area and only given updated approx 9.45.
We got to the bus area eventually to be met with a shortage of seats.
We were asked to get on any of the 3 busses going to Dundee even although we were assigned to a specific bus number. The bus journey was 4 hours long. No stops. It did have a toilet. But comming off the cruise we had no water or anything to have bearing in mind we ate at 7.30 this is now 11am and we got to Dundee at 3pm waited on our friends on the other bus so 3.30pm when we commenced our forward journey to Aberdeenshire.
Could be doing with a bit better organisation.

I made a last minute call to try and book a spontaneous holiday and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Ramsay World Travel Aberdeen are the easiest and most helpful branch to deal with and that is why we are repeat customers and book all our holiday's and cruises with them. Stuart has a great team who are knowledgeable and are always happy to assist and advise. Our friends and family all use the Aberdeen branch due to the helpful staff and service

I cannot thank Morgan enough for her outstanding effort in helping me book accommodation for my brothers stag doo, she was so helpful, kind and had quick responses, finding me plenty deals to look through that suited us well, thank you Morgan !

Please be very careful when booking. When I booked a girls break in Benidorm I was assured that no construction work was being carried out.This turned out to be false information, not only was it being carried out, the workmen could see straight into our 10th floor room a few feet from our room. When I contacted Ramsay travel they continued to deny any knowledge. When I put in complaint they sent me a copy of a hotel voucher they say I received, which I deny. At the very bottom it said construction work may be carried out. This was dated 2 days before we departed.
Disgusting after service care and quite happy to lie their way out of responsibility. Never again!!

So easy and stress free holiday booking Lewis done an amazing job sorting everything for us. Thank you so much we will definitely be using Ramsay Travel int he future.

This is the third time we have used you guys and the service and information has always been fantastic.

Unfortunately, our experience with Ramsay World Travel was extremely disappointing.

We booked a multi-centre holiday through them, but the first hotel was completely unsuitable. The air conditioning was ineffective during temperatures of around 38°C and the window in our room would not close properly, allowing hot air inside. My partner was 19 weeks pregnant and we both became unwell due to the conditions.

We reported the issue to the hotel and, when it could not be resolved, contacted Ramsay’s out of hours emergency assistance. We followed the advice we were given to check out and book alternative accommodation at our own expense.

We ultimately lost confidence in the remainder of the holiday and paid an additional €164 to return home early.

The member of staff who helped us on the phone was polite and did his best, so I have no criticism of him personally. However, the way our complaint was handled afterwards was very disappointing. The response did not address the advice given by the emergency assistance service or explain what enquiries had been made with the hotels regarding refunds. Instead, we were simply told that our decision to return home was unilateral and offered a £100 voucher.

The true test of a travel company is how it supports its customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Ramsay World Travel.

Great service from Calum Mackenna. Had a number of emails back and forth and nothing was too much trouble for him. Will definitely be booking with Ramsay Travel in the future.
