Great experience with Kelli Lundquist at Railbookers!
As a travel advisor with access to literally hundreds of suppliers, and I had not really focused on Railbookers in the past. But when a couple came to us asking about planning their honeymoon in Italy, I realized that train travel could be a big benefit!

Christine was absolutely amazing! She immediately hopped on with your group in Ireland, found that all is in place, set my mind at ease that the need of transfers was not ground transfer but a change of trains and modified the return hotel/airport transfers all on 1 phone call. Penny is great - she is responsive and answers in full. I go to her directly now.
The person I was originally working with, not so much. SHe stopped responding or gave incomplete responses that needed follow up. One time she just outright gave wrong information and her coworker had to correct it.

Resolution to unsafe problem
I am so appreciative to those and acknowledge that they care about doing the right thing for their clients! Both Jarred Padmore and Natasha Pearson were amazing. This was a situation in San Francisco where an overnight was scheduled when the property itself was not really safe. Things have changed and are still changing in society but this makes an awareness and resolution minded people so needed. So, A big thank you to Jarred for working to resolve this and over ride the problem with solutions!

Excellent support throughout from Jarred at customer services and Michael Bowker at sales. The package Michael created for us over two weeks was outstanding and the documentation, tickets, hotel vouchers arrived well in advance of the journeys. Jarred was exceptional prior to and during the journey; from London to Paris, on the VSOE to Verona
including hotel arrangements, private transfers and return journeys. In addion they organised an evening dinner cruise in Paris for us and all transportation. From Paris to Verona & return went smoothly. Communication was excellent at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for these two gentlemen. We have used railbookers previously and will be doing so again in the near future. I cannot praise Jarred & Michael highly enough for their efficiency and professionalism. Thank you both!

I have been in the travel business for decades and have booked a great many Amtrak Vacations. The agents seem to be a lot younger and less experienced in the customer service arena. Whenever I attempted to call my agent, she would email me that we should communicate via email, and I don't always have to call her. That's unfortunate because a great deal of information was left out due to her desire to grab the credit card. When an issue arose, she stopped answering my emails and left me to work with multiple agents rather than one agent. I will discourage my agents and others in the business to avaid using this booking method. I ended up doing all the work on my own.

Amazing Customer Service
I called to talk about an issue with a booked trip. Due to some "rail track work" my clients are being delayed and will need to use the replacement bus. My clients are pretty upset about this change. Hilary Klein - Your Team Member - was amazing. She listened very carefully to my issue, my thoughts with patience. She explained the issue to me about the Rail work. She took her time to really check to see if there was another option. She came up with a possible but not guaranteed plan. She checked with her team to see if we can make this option possible.
