Great advice and service
I needed some advice about what type of shower curtain rail would best suit my bathroom - I received an email back very quickly and spoke with Nick Hives-Wood. We talked about options. The advice given was good and I received the product very quickly and it is not installed and works well considering this was a tricky space to sort.

Brilliant!
After several searches to find an appropriate shower rail to use in our Victorian house I chanced upon SMR. The rail arrived within 48 hours of ordering and is of superb quality. The fact that it can be altered to fit any size or shape is wonderful and the fittings are solid. Easily matches higher priced systems in quality. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Good but could easily be better.
The chrome shower rail is a very high quality product and it was well packaged and the delivery was fast. My only complaint is that there are no instructions included and it takes a while to fathom out that you must put the whole thing together and fix up in one piece rather than being able to do it in stages.

Shower rail
I was looking for a particular type of shower rail which I couldn't find until I googled it and found your company. The quality and price were good. Immediately after placing order I received an email to confirm receipt and delivery date. The rail was delivered as promised. It looks great and is excellent quality. One of the rail hooks broke when I was opening it to attach to rail, however, I emailed company and explained and they posted a replacement. Very pleased with service and product. Would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you.

outstanding customer service and great prices
I have ordered a number of items from SMR Bathrooms - radiators, radiator valves, towel rail. the prices are the best on the net. next day free delivery. i have ordered the wrong size towel rail, spotted it only 1 months later when we were about to install it. called customer services with very little hope of returning it as it was well beyond their 14days for returns... they agreed, collected it next day and i got my refund. I am so grateful, Laura - thank you so much for being so amazingly helpful!

MD input resolved issue.
I bought a shower glass renovation kit. However there was insufficient limescale remover and I could not clean the glass enough to apply the surface treatment. After MD input I was offered a £5 refund to cover my purchasing an alternative limescale remover. I bought Bar Keepers Friend (£2.50) from B and Q, which was very effective and totally removed the limescale. Thanks to the MD.
