Great service
I live locally to these guys so popped in to purchase an accessory for a cast iron radiator I was installing at home. The guys were very attentive and great to deal with. I will definitely use again!

Traditional towel radiator
Radiator arrived really quickly and in excellent condition. I contacted their customer service to check something on the radiator which I was unsure about. They were very helpful, believe they liaised directly with the manufacturer to clarify and got back to me again very quickly.

Regarding the challenge with UPS, we have investigated this and can see from the tracking information that your parcel did take longer to deliver than it should.
Unfortunately due to UPS being a third party carrier we have little control over the item once it has been collected. This said they have been contacted and we have passed our disappointment on. Not only for the time it took to get your item to you, but for the lack of communication regarding this.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Excellent, really helpful, will use again.
I ordered a custom radiator which they don't usually stock from these guys and they've been really helpful. I contacted a few companies and these guys were the only ones who replied.
