The items tarnished VERY quickly (in about two months) compared to other plated jewelry I have purchased in the last five years from Missoma and Monica Vinader.
Their warranty policy pales in comparison to the above mentioned brands which offer two (Missoma) and five (MV) year warranties.

Examples:

MV: After about two years in which a necklace and charm tarnished, they sent me a new necklace and a voucher to put towards a new purchase because the charm is no longer available. This process took less than a week from start to finish, from the time I sent back the old pieces.

Missoma: Sent me two new pieces to replace the two bracelets which tarnished after about a year and a half, and didn’t even ask me to return the old ones. (Both of these transactions were done via email with pics.) This took about three days in total.

RJ: They offered to replate them for me at my expense for £30 and when I pushed back and said the above, they tried to negotiate it down to £25. The quality of the RJ pieces is so poor that it wouldn’t be worth paying them to replate them. I simply won’t purchase from them again, because of not only the quality, but also because of my experience.

I am obsessed with this designer and love everything they do. I had been saving up to buy some expensive earrings and when they arrived one of the spikes was ever so slightly bent (really minor but as I had been so looking forward to them, it was bothering me). I emailed customer service and had an immediate reply saying they would happily send a replacement and free postage to return the faulty one. I couldn’t be more thrilled! Cannot wait to wear them out and about. Thank you RJ!

I bought the small electric heart ring, it really is a beautiful ring but it catches easily and as it is adjustable, it can pull out of shape.

Their customer service team is called a Customer Happiness team for a reason. Consistently high quality service, a personable team, a desire to get everything right that makes happy customers. That plus their beautiful, well crafted products are the reason I remain loyal! Would purchase from them any day and highly recommend to anyone.

I don't wear a lot of jewelry but I was scrolling Instagram recently and saw a beautiful necklace on the beautiful Suranne Jones. It was the guardian angels necklace and I immediately ordered it. It took a while to get to the US and took an email to understand how it would be getting to me, but in the end, it's here, it's gorgeous and I couldn't be happier! It's a"dress up" or "dress down" necklace which suits my lifestyle perfectly. Thank you!

Beautiful and eye-catching piece of jewellery

My friend bought this piece and I couldnt stop looking at it. I was so mesmerised by it as it really jazzed up her outfit. So I had to buy one myself.

I bought the Personalised Birthstone Hardware Deco Sun Amulet Necklace. I didnt even buy my birthstone but went for May birthstone (which is a beautiful green colour).

There was a minor hiccup with the order (it was indicated out of stock the next day), however to my surprise I received the delivery approx 4 days after the order.

I am so happy with it and have already received compliments.

Really great company. The pieces are amazing and the customer service is really good. There was a problem with my order (nobody’s fault) they sorted it out so quickly and were so helpful.

I contacted customer services regarding a necklace that i had bought my daughter. The chain had snapped and she was really upset. Without hesitation they replied to my email and sent a replacement the same day. AMAZING customer service - thank you

I received a beautiful Rachel Jackson necklace for my birthday. After 6 months one of the pearls on the pendant had come loose. I contacted the customer service and they arranged a replacement which arrived 2 days later. It was so quick, considerate, great communication and just hassle free. I have not experienced such great customer service in quite a long time and I really appreciated it.

On Friday I received my order and one of the items was broken.
I emailed the customer services and today Monday by 10am, I received an email telling me a new order number and that a replacement order had been placed and a new items on its way. Great customer service thank you.

After contacting them because the necklace I wanted was no longer available, I had the immense joy of corresponding with Emily who found me one. A big thank you to her...I can't wait to receive my jewelry.

I can’t praise or recommend this company highly enough. Beautiful, contemporary pieces of amazing quality which are a joy to wear which l will wear for many years to come. I have had so many compliments wearing these (watermelon t-bar set) and have now bought other pieces as gifts for family members. There customer service in respect of queries etc is second to none and my experience is that they have bent over backwards to assist and make sure the customer is happy which is an absolute breath of fresh air. Honestly, the best experience with a company in years and years. I bought my mum the birthstone amulet necklace for her birthday which we then wanted to make some changes to. I initially spoke to Emily who was lovely and then I was dealing with Daisy, who went above and beyond. The changes we wanted made were done, and also some engraving. Every email was responded to so quickly, I even spoke to Daisy on the phone to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be. Then when I sent the necklace to be sorted, it was done and back to us in a matter of days-and it’s perfect! Thank you so much to you all.
