Outstanding choice of gear!
After realising that my boots I'd bought on-line from them were too small,I visited the shop to exchange them and was greeted by a vast choice of bike boots. About 1/2 hour later I was sorted out, with lots of patience and coffee from the the girls. Another satisfying purchase from your outlet.

Shocking customer service
Bought a helmet in September, visor has steamed up constantly from new, used it 5 times and had take it in 5 times, last visit told its a consumable and not covered, made a formal complaint but can’t even be bothered to reply, steer clear of this place, even had to buy a replacement pin lock visor to try to resolve the issue, this didn’t work, now left with £400 piece of scrap
Edit 2 visits the pin lock was re fitted by a male member of staff, 2 times it was refitted by a female member of staff, the 5th visit was when I was told it was a consumable and may not be covered and the lady kept the visor to send to Scorpion, the times I called in checking on the status of the order I have not counted, does riding less than 2 miles count as acceptable for it to steam up, no helmet would steam up in a warm shop environment so that is ridiculous that you would state in the first place, I see you can reply to bad reviews that can be seen but not to emails of formal complaints.

Hello Russ, you may have been in 5 times but most of those times you only called in to check to see if the new pinlock insert you had ordered had arrived yet.
We have spoken to the manufacturer on your behalf and every time we are told that there isnt a problem with the item itself.
Pinlock inserts are an anti fog device. This doesnt mean it is fog proof, it means that it can deal with a certain amount before it would start to fog. I myself have had fogging issues this year on both my Shoei and Shark and its was simply down to the limitations of the pinlock inserts and not that they are faulty.
To say that we have done nothing is not very fair. You dont see what lengths we have gone to for you with the manufacturer but the long and short of it is that when you breath on it (as we have in front of you in the shop) then it doesnt fog up. To this end, we are still trying to find what is causing your problem but sadly it isnt a faulty pinlock insert.
Just not interested
Was thinking of buying a cheap helmet from them through eBay but they couldn't even tell me if a dark visor was available for it.

You asked us about a dark visor for an MT helmet and on that production, there is a choice of 2 visors. MT changed the design of the ratchet side plates mid production. We was trying to find out from the manufacturer about which one fits which version but you didn't even give us time to find out before you replied with the rude email message.
That said, we are glad you managed to find the item elsewhere and that you are now happy.
Incorrect Goods Sent - Long Wait For Refunds
Well, if you are selling goods that are not as for the description, then the ebay site needs managing correctly. I have just wasted £149 on a helmet which is completely different to what I was expecting. And now I have to wait for a return label (5 days) before I can send the item back, and then wait for my refund.
If I could, I would of given 0 stars! I will not be buying from this site again.

Hello Rodney, we sent the item you purchased in the picture so we sent the correct item.
Your complaint is actually regarding the colour in the title.
We advertise every item using manufacturers descriptions and the manufacturers description says black white. The white is an off white so not exactly pure white. The photograph does show it as it looks in real life.
Should it not be to your requirements then you're welcome to return it as you already know and we have sent you a label for its return so that you aren't out of pocket.
We look forward to being able to assist you at some point in the future.

I am delighted
I am delighted! My Halvarssons jacket is an exact replacement for my previous one, except this one is brand new and in perfect condition. Delivery date was advised to be a few days hence but in the event was the day after I ordered it! Price was good too and £50 less then some other sellers.
Happy to recommend this seller.
