I contacted QD customer services for some queries regarding my taxi policy. Mr HUW was such a patient and helpful guy, he sorted all my queries. Great company and great staff. Very helpful. Thanks.

Basically a scam, they pray on drivers who have been previously banned to provide ridiculous quotes and you then can’t speak to the people you’ve actually got your policy with instead you are left on their phone line for hours waiting. Seriously don’t bother.

Jammie and shew been very helpful, Just took a policy, so far staff is quite polite .

They are broker not the main insurance, stay away from them if you want peace.
Someone I know got insurance on 26/08/26 at 2pm, he called to cancel by
4pm the same day, they told him they have to receive cancellation rate from the insurance before cancellation,
on 28/08/26, the insurance was cancelled and they charged him £221.23 for just 2 hours of insurance, 125 for administrative fees and the person on the phone couldn't explain what the remaining charges of £96.42 is for, she said she would ask the insurance and email back. The person now emailed them and will take legal action if they don't refund his right amount of money, they said he will wait for 30 days for refund. They are unbelievable, I have not come across such company in my life.

This is an update, 12 months on and I'm up for renewal on my taxi insurance, today Thomas sorted out my insurance, again the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, he also beat other prices I had received elsewhere. We had a great conversation while going through the process of renewal which made it stress free and actually an enjoyable process which isn't something you would normally say while parting ways with money for insurance....

Can't recommend this company enough, give it a go for your renewals am sure you won't be disappointed!

Great experience from start to finish. The staff name is Carly she was professional, helpful, and responsive. They found a good policy at a reasonable price and made everything straightforward.

Just taken a policy for taxi with quote detective spoke to Hasan and he was absolutely brilliant helped me throughout everything and even managed to get me a better deal and a better policy.
Genuinely spoke so politely and professionally he is a breath of fresh air and is very understanding and knowledgable with outstanding customer service skills.
Did me all the headache in his own time and rang me back with everything sorted.
I’m very thankful I spoke to him as I was very confused with what to do but again made it so easy and understanding.

Jimmy, 10/10, class. The last thing you want is to sit there and spend ages setting up insurance over phone when your sat in the car you’ve just bought at the dealership. Well, Jimmy was very professional and managed to go through all my details and set up my insurance properly super quick on my Leon FR. Exactly what you would want, I’ve had nothing but bad experience with insurance companies in the past but this guy has set a really good impression with this one. He gave me a lot of confidence in knowing how and what I’m covered for. Couldn’t rate this guy enough he needs a promotion or a bonus.

My reply to your 2 reply...I have had car insurance for over 40 years...NEVER has any company kept my deposit for more than 3 days if I chose to cancel...STOP making excuses as to why you can't return MY MONEY OF £395 immediately..its disgusting and inexcusable as there is absolutely no reason for you to hold on to it...you piss people off so much they cancel and then hold on to their £395 ...how many more people have you done this with eh???. Deliberately for no reason making excuses as to why you can't insure them after approving them then saying the documents are not right when they were fine then constantly threatening to cancel the insurance AFTER THE £396 is paid so you can make interest on it then piss people off enough then they cancel like i have ...and all those people you have done the same thing to and keeping their £395 deposit for a whole month....even my bank said its underhanded and if you dont return it they will retrieve it for me!!
Don't insure with these scammers earning interest on other people's money!!!!?

Right I do not do reviews however I need to review this incredible company, Merrick Agbaso was the staff member dealing with my case. Let me say something if you call up and want to get insured he is the man to ask for. You can have a laugh with him while he gets the best possible deal. NO BRAINER CALL AND ASK FOR MERRICK

Wasted an hour chatting on the phone. Reps are back and forth to the undertakers. Undertaker wanted to up the price of the premium by adding goods insurance on my policy. I only play golf once every two weeks i dont need it. No thanks
