Item arrived within a few days but…
Item arrived within a few days but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. On contact with Quilted Bear they reacted very quickly and within days they had sent me a new one. Very impressed.

Good resolution..
Have only given 1* as I had to give something.Firstly they had 2 prices £6 difference after lengthy e.mails they agreed but would not credit the difference. When it arrived it was not the Pillow case version just a 12x12 canvas with rough edging. The wool is not separate but
4 mixed containers. No latch hook included. Went to send it back at the post offfice and the QR couldn't be read.They tried everytginh they could but said I would have to pay to return it. THIS COMPANY WANTS SHOWING UP>!!!!!! Know lost £24.00 for a bit of tat. As I always say if I'm rattled or upset I let rip...if someone resolves a problem I'm the first to thank them. I won't go into details as to why I was upset about this particlure item but suffice to say my Grandaughter is a Disney character at Disneyland Paris..as I couldn't for health reasons get over there I decided on her favourite charactor Stich. Anyway Quilted bear have been very generous in re-funding my money after the Post offce couldn't scan the QR code. Gave the Item to my local RSPCA charity shop in the hope someone will look more happily at it. Thank you for your resolution. Shame it had to come to this..
