Great service from the start, friendly sales person , and great call centre staff, icing on the cake has been the installation person, Alvin b!! He really is a credit to the company!!soo often you have to endure installation people who you don’t feel comfortable having in your home,but Alvin was different from the start!! Warm and friendly he instantly made me comfortable and confident he would do a good job! He went above and beyond to install and explain everything to us in language we understood! We are not the most technical people and rather than make us feel silly and baffle us with jargon he was amazing! He Made it all soo easy to understand and to follow, taking great care to ensure we knew what was what!and no question was a daft question to him!!!He was soo warm ,friendly and respectful of my property, an extremely neat and tidy job, not a single thing left out of place!!!I’d recommend this company based on the service Alvin provided alone !!! He really is an asset to your company!

We recently had broadband fitted having compared the costs against our existing current provider, whilst there wasn’t much difference in cost the offered increase in speeds was the reason why we changed. The installation went well, we were kept informed by email about the process, however when the installer fitted the router he did not test the speeds in any other room of the house.
I had issues with the sky mini box connecting to the Q box and my ring door bell didn’t work, i was very frustrated but we were very fortunate that our sales representatives Clare Andrews and Keith Fenwick went above and beyond to sort the issues out - Thank you both you are a credit to the company!

Dylan R was great. Turned up when he said he would. Was very patient with my elderly mother and did a good job, explaining what he was doing as he went along. Made sure everything was working as it should before he left. Thank you!

Great service from the cable guys and Kegan who installed the router and kindly removed his shoes on entry. Dropped 1 star as admin sent message to say combing next day, should have had more notice.

Engineer visit arranged to install two signal extenders.
Engineer arrived on time having previously phoned with an up date.
Engineer was polite, helpful and considerate.
Took trouble to ensure systems fully functioning before departing.

Helpful installer who managed to find a way round the fact that we had no power in the sockets!

Mark from Quickline installed the antenna and router with no problems . I was contacted the day before with approximate timings for the visit and on the day before arrival . I now have very fast internet speeds which were not possible before due to living in a rural area .

I had a install done and it was a tricky one for where the wire was situated to how to get it to my property but Dave the installer did a great job and made the job look easy after we worked out where to go , I would recommend him highly .

Stan S was understanding helpful with explaining, fitting was excellent.
He was even used the dust buster on outside aswel as inside for brick dust.
After because he had time to help my lady neighbour sort her Quickline broad band that was fitted last week.
