This company not only sells high quality products but gives high quality customer service. After a blip with our delivery date due to staffing issues, we were then prioritised by Anthony and Alex, usually head of sales, made the delivery in person to us. We live a very long distance away and we’re very grateful. He was fantastic during the delivery process and we love our Merlin Chaise sofa. Only negative is the electric recliner is a little slow but hey, life is so fast paced these days, taking things slower isn’t always a bad thing🤗.

Excellent delivery personnel, caring & obliging office staff. Problem remedied quickly when a support of the chair I ordered was broken. A replacement was delivered at the arranged time.

We recently bought a lovely round dining table and 6 chairs for our newly decorated dining room.

We found their range of products online very good, and found the perfect table for us.

Although it was already well priced, we contacted Alex (sales manager) who was able to offer additional discount which is fantastic. We promptly ordered the table and Alex processed the order efficiently.

Delivery was very quick and the delivery team were excellent. Very polite and helpful.

The product is absolutely stunning. Great build quality and looks amazing.

There was a small defect on one of the chairs (during packaging I believe) but with one quick email to Lyndon in the service team the issue was resolved and the chair replaced.

It makes a refreshing change to deal with company that supply quality products and have genuinely personal and caring sales and after sales care.

Recently purchased the Rupert corner sofa with no regrets. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We visited the showroom where the gentleman was helpful and friendly, every email and phone call was promptly answered and the delivery service was quick and easy with pleasant drivers. The sofa itself is excellent quality and a wonderful addition to our home. Would highly recommend.

The sofa is lovely and really comfortable, it was easy to assemble and it came at a date that suited us.

Every single time, over the years, that I've shopped with Quatropi I always received great service and good quality items. Today was no different. I purchased 6 bar stools from them back in April ahead of completing my kitchen renovation. Due to some unforeseen adjustments with the design my island got reduced in size meaning I could only fit 4 stools around it instead of the planned 6. I contacted Quatropi today to ask if I could return the spare 2 stools due to this change which only became apparent today (31st Oct). Without any fuss they agreed to accept my stools back and provide a credit note which led me to also choose some lamp tables. Not only did they levy my credit note against the cost of my lamp tables, they also gave me the extra 5% promo discount, as well as arranging to pick up the stools at the same time as dropping off my lamp tables, saving me a trip to the Post Office and the cost of postage. All this done with no fuss, just total understanding and cooperation. I was more than happy to purchase my tables from them having received such wonderful service. Thank you Lyndon and thank you Quatropi. You'll always be my first stop when furnishing my newly renovated home.

I've had my double swing chair for 5 years now - Its still as good as the day I purchased it! I emailed customer service and asked if they still stock the covers for it and Lyndon in customer service was absolutely brilliant - he confirmed straight away that they still stock them and he would send one out and I was thrilled to bits. They are so friendly and helpful and the quality of the products is high-end. I would recommend them to everyone. Excellent company, staff and products. One very happy customer!

I ordered a garden sofa set and garden dining table and chairs. I rang to ask if it could be delivered after I returned from my holiday during the first week in September. They were extremely accommodating and it arrived on the Thursday of that week.
My husband and I unpacked it and began to assemble it. We found that the back of the sofa had not been manufactured properly, as a result the back and seating part could not be assembled together. I emailed customer services and was emailed back and began to correspond with Lyndon. He was extremely helpful and very quickly I received my new back to my sofa.
I would like to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service that I received and a special mention to Lyndon, who was excellent at solving my issues.
