The whole process from placing the order to receiving the sofa was smooth, they kept me updated every step, the delivery guys were fantastic as well they arrived bang on time, and took great care getting the boxes into the room where the sofa was going, unboxing was a breeze and connecting to sofa segments together was easy as they had the clips in a great position, the sofa itself self it unbelievable, it’s comfortable and really big which is great, it’s so comfortable that I sleep on it more than in my bed, I may have to get another for my bedroom to replace my bed, if your thinking about using these guys for your furniture I highly recommend

We bought 4 Nora leather swivel dining chairs in the winter sale and are delighted with them. This is our second purchase of these chairs, so we now have eight. They are very well made and comfortable to sit in, and can be used as occasional chairs when we have more people. Quatropi’s ordering process is very easy and the staff are very polite and professional on the phone, a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent and fast customer service. The furniture itself is very good quality and well made. Unfortunately one of the chairs had a scrape on the leg when unpacked - it was well packaged, so it looked to be a manufacturing or warehouse defect rather than transit damage. It was replace without quibble and very fast (within 2 days). Very impressed.

Ordered three pieces of furniture one was on preorder was delayed a bit longer than we wanted but I rang and alex was very helpful nothing was too much trouble furniture was delivered absolutely stunning all assembled except for legs will definitely buy again thank you Patricia Roden

This was an excellent service. The table is just as beautiful as shown in the pictures and is of very good quality.
Delivery was smooth overall, although I did need to follow up after a couple of days.
That said, it was an absolute pleasure purchasing this lovely piece, and I’m very happy with it.

There was some damage to the table supplied which must have occurred at Quatropis manufacturer. They were extremely proactive in resolving the problem to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend

Gorgeous well-made outdoor sofas! We have ordered several modular pieces of the Zara set and they fit together perfectly. Cushions are thick and super-comfortable. Have also had good customer service as I wanted to exchange one of the pieces.

We absolutely love our new outdoor furniture - Cole modular in green. It looks stunning in our garden. So pleased it came with waterproof covers too.

Loved our new dining table and chairs, great looks, great price, as advertised. We had a problem with the table extending, but Quatropi doggedly helped us find and replace the little screw that caused the issue.

We bought a beautiful TV unit from Quatropi and it exceeded our expectation - extremely well made and looks fantastic in our lounge. It arrived very quickly and within the time slot advised. The fact it arrived assembled was also a bonus! We had a very small issue which was dealt with quickly and with us, the customer, completely at the forefront. I highly recommend this company and we won’t hesitate to use them again.
