Ordering was easy. When the link for tracking didn’t work, an email to customer services and a quick response solved the issue. Delivery was efficient, with a time slot, text reminder and a very helpful delivery man, with nothing was too much trouble.The table matches our current chairs perfectly too. Misled on delivery + zero communication

Ordered 19 July, promised 5-10 working days delivery. It’s day 12, nothing arrived, no communication from Quatropi.

Their checkout said all items would arrive in 5-10 days. Confirmation email then showed some items as pre-order for September which is a complete contradiction. No disclosure at purchase.

I had to chase them twice for a response. They claimed the pre-order was disclosed, but it wasn’t on their website at checkout.

Mixed stock, no transparency, won’t communicate. Don’t order from them.

5 stars!!!!! I had a few questions before ordering, changed my mind a few times, but the customer service was top tier. There was a small problem with delivery but I’d provided an old phone number by mistake, so my fault. The sofa arrived and I’m blown away by the look and quality, I absolutely love it!! I’d highly recommend this company, affordable but very well made furniture.

So so impressed with the furniture! Looks and feels high end. Comes with all the cushions and covers included. Similar on designer furniture brands are at least triple the price. Was worried as you’re ordering on line and can never be sure…all gone as the quality and service of all enquiries (again from not 100%sure, ordering blind as such) handled well ( a few queries 🫣)and kept in the loop regarding deliveries etc… thank you! Delivery man was excellent and helpful too. Completely chuffed to bits!

We bought a large sofa & 2 foot stools back in 2019 and we love them! They still look brand new despite it being very well used by humans and animals. Unfortunately, while we were moving the sofa to redecorate, one of the feet sheered off (which was entirely our fault). I contacted Quatropi to see if I was able to purchase a replacement, and Lyndon from Customer Services very kindly offered to send a free one! It arrived promptly and fits perfectly. We are thrilled with the quality of the sofa and the customer service even after purchase, I cannot recommend Quatropi enough (especially Lyndon!).

Our experience ordering from Quatropi was excellent. From ease of ordering to the delivery and the after sales service was faultless. The product is of excellent quality and our friends and family were all impressed with it. We had a fault with one of the products and Lyndon resolved our issue and arranged a replacement without any issues. Throughtout the whole process the delivery team and the service team were courteous and helpful and a credit to Quatropi.
