From start to finish everybody involved in my Grigio glitter Quartz Overlays were absolutely professional, friendly and respected my property. I first met Graham who brought samples then Raff the surveyor both great guys, Mike Morley installed my overlays he arrived on time and worked none stop for 7.5 hours, he has done a fantastic job his workmanship is second to none, he cleaned up well and even put my pans back in the cupboard!! The waste was collected 2 days later as promised again great guys, the chap who delivered the quartz the morning of the install was super lovely. Anita Mansell part of the aftercare team again lovely. I cannot fault anybody I found everything to be spot on. It’s 5 days since the install and no niggles with anything at all. Totally recommend this product and company.

Joe's doors kitchen revamp. Absolutely fantastic new kitchen and not costing a fortune. This has truly been an experience from start to finish. The customer service from delivery to them picking up all the rubbish at the end. Yes they picked up all the rubbish what a service. Huge plaudits go to Amanda,Anita and Meg from Joe's doors fantastic customer service and chris and kieran who installed he quartz worktops sink and taps and the biggest plaudits goes to wee stevie excellent joiner/ fitter from start to finish he is a laugh a minute. But his work is exceptionally very high he went over and above to make our kitchen a fantastic transformation at a fraction of the cost. Thank you all so much from alison and John grangemouth

We had quartz overlays, sink, hot water tap, oven and hob - brilliant. From our initial sales visit with no pressure but all the answers and information, the delivery driver (Bogdon, I think) who was so helpful and polite, to our 2 brilliant fitters - Chris and 'apprentice' Reece who were a pleasure all day - professional, polite with attention to detail and the 2 lovely guys collecting the waste -not forgetting Megan, of course, overseeing/organising everybody (including us!)- seamless service and would certainly recommend to others. Thank you all.

New worktops,sink,oven and hod. Absolutely first rate job carried out by Jake under difficult circumstances as living in a town house the kitchen is on the middle floor so stairs were involved. His work ethic is outstanding nothing was too much trouble, fitting was perfect everything was spotless no mess left behind. An asset to the company.

This was by far the right choice I made. I wanted to replace my worktops but with as little hassle as possible. The survey and installation service was very professional. I had a few minor issues after the survey but Anita was very professional and efficient in addressing everything. Keith was my installer, he did an amazing job, worked very efficiently and left the place immaculate tidying as he went. Completely happy with the service received and would definately recommend if you want to freshen up an old tired kitchen.

Just had our quartz workshops done. Dai and Kam fitted the workshops. They were amazing I would highly recommend Quartzize Quick tops to anyone.

I had my kitchen worktops replaced and I’m over the moon! The quality and care in the workmanship by Gary is excellent. Everyone I dealt with at this company was friendly, helpful and professional. There was no ‘hard-sell’ from Rachael, the sales-person, just helpful suggestions and advice.
I had one small issue after the work was carried out (nothing to do with the actual worktops) and this was quickly rectified by Megan who was so friendly, professional and understanding of the problem.
I can honestly say I’m delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to everyone I dealt with for an excellent job!

The whole experience of selecting our new worktop together with the professional manner that the sale, survey and fitting were undertaken is a credit to the company. Mel took us through the whole process from enquiry to aftercare back up. Kamil and Ken went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the fitted worktop.

There guarantee of 6 years is not worth the paper it’s written on.
We had our kitchen worktops fitted around 3 years ago, in December of last year we found 2 cracks appearing.
I rang Quartzize Worktops Ltd and spoke to someone, her initial response was that they don’t crack we must of dropped something heavy on them.
Now 5 months on and having 3 so called technicians come to our property and lots of emails/photos sent to them I’ve got nowhere and cracks are getting longer.
Not good after sales service are all.

Owe my days use another company. Two worktops wrong, quality standard very poor, they take your money upfront and then customer complaints and follow up is non existent. We have a manufacturing fault in the middle of our block replacement work top, they missed it in the factory, they missed when fitting, they cannot fix it, without smashing it off (their customer service teams words not mine).and wreck the block top underneath … I have been dealing with customer service for three weeks and no satisfactory resolution… by phone and in writing… silence…no accountability and no customer concern, feeling very disappointed and ripped off. I’m not one to use trust pilot and complain as I like to sort it out with the company concerned, but this lot have no time for the customer.. if we ignore you, you will go away…three weeks on and still waiting for a response, there are many other firms out there… do not put your self thru the pain… so I post and the reply I get is we are unaware of your complaint, I have sent a full timeline e of event again on Friday 30 May 2025 and followed up immediately on 2 June… still no aligned resolution..

The fitters: Mr Steve Henning and his assistant did an excellent job.They started and finished on schedule, and were very courteous

The products supplied are good and reasonably priced. However I was initially disappointed with the worktop that was supplied, because I had based my expectations on the sample I was shown which turned to be not quite the same design as the final product as it was only a section of it. Anyway,I got to like the full design after a few days.
I would certainly recommend this company and Joe’s doors that they work in collaboration with.
Nevertheless, the company should ensure that samples shown are fully representative of final products.
