From start to finish this has been a very positive experience. The initial visit from Peter was comprehensive and informative. Once i made the decision to go ahead everything happened quickly and efficiently. Megan was always helpful and responded promptly. The fitting days came quicker than anticipated which was fantastic for me.
Jake was prompt friendly and a very good worker. He has made a superb job of fitting my worktops despite some quirky corners in my kitchen . He cleaned up afterwards and was considerate about where and how to work to cause me the least disruption .
The finished kitchen is brilliant - it feels like a whole new space looking so much cleaner and brighter. Really pleased with everything

Recently had our kitchen make over

My wife and I wanted to get the kitchen refurbished. So we went to Wick and B.Q. But we found out that our doors was a special size so we went on line and found a company called JOE'S DOORS & OVERLAYS.
So we Gave them a call. The furst person was spoke to was very helpful. We explained what we were looking for and agreed for some one to come and give ue advice. A gentleman called Ben came with so samples to show us. Ben was very professional there was no hard salesman. So we agreed with Ben to let a surveyor come and measure up for us. The surveyors name was nick he was very helpful and gave us some good advice on how to make our kitchen work better for us. The fitter came his name was Tom. Tom was so professional and not only did the work in the time that was stated. he treated our home with respect he was
Very clean and tidy. Thank you Tom. The very next a Kerry Jones gave us a courtesy call. Kerry has arranged for all the rubbish to be collected and taken away with no cost to us. We would highly recommend this company they made it a wonderful experience.

Very impressed with the install by Cameron his attention to detail was very good and we were very impressed with the the finished job also Anita from the service team was very helpful I would highly recommend Quicktops and all done in a day.

Absolutely delighted with my new-look kitchen! This was a big investment for me and not one I undertook lightly. From start to finish the communication was excellent. I’ve just had a kitchen makeover by Joe’s doors and quartzite worktops and I’m so glad I did, what a transformation, out with the old, in with the new, from calling for a quote to the installation and removal of the rubbish, great service from start to finish from Mel at quartzite and Paul the fitter( and Brett) , very tidy , hardworking lads , efficient , kept me informed throughout, attention to detail was second to none, nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend this company , amazing, I’m happy, thank you.

Had my worktop fitted by Dillon and Dylan yesterday.
Turned up on time and were vary professional very pleased with results totally transformed my kitchen. Sink and tap included in my order.
Had a follow up call this morning from a lovely lady .

from our first enquiry regarding Quartz overlays ,to getting a quote , survey and installation everything went so smoothly and everyone were so helpful, big shout to Karl and Sam who turned up on time and worked all day ensuring everything was to our expectations and working round small problems we didnt expect to come across. We got a new sink and tap which were also fitted perfectly. The end result was fantastic and anyone considering Joes doors will not be dissapointed. A follow up call from Mel day after installation was much appreciated. Anyone around cumbria considering doors or quartz tops will get Karl and Sam..top guys

From anita and meg through to Nick and mike they were all very nice and very helpful and everything was explained as the jobs went on...On time ...cleaned up every day love the kitchen a really good job I'm very happy 😊

So professional from start to finish. Surveyor measureS all your kitchen and it arrives ready to install. Paul and Steve my fitters worked so hard and it looks amazing. A follow up call from Megan was much appreciated and really nice customer service. I would recommend Joe's Doors/Quartzize to anyone thinking of having a kitchen makeover.

Amazing experience / our kitchen countertops were delivered and installed without any issues. The guys were fab, friendly and did the job beautifully. We’re so happy with our new countertops and the job these guys did!

Bought new wraparound quartz counters, tap and sink. Quartzize left me with multiple problems and, after 10 months, I won a dispute via my credit card for breach of contract. I then had another superb company redo all the poor work.
They fitted my tap so far back that it could not fully open before the lever hit the splashback so I couldn’t get cold water.
The sink was moved back 5 inches from its original position with no consultation making me have to hunch over to use it, hitting my head on the above cupboard.
The fitter caused a leak by not screwing the hot water pipe on properly, causing water damage to the cupboard.
The finishing was terrible. I paid for ‘wraparound’ countertops that didn’t even fully cover one of the edges, you could still see my old counter.
They sent only one fitter (despite their own assessors telling me they only work in a pair) so he asked me to lift the quartz counter with him when he was lining it up against the tap. He told me it was ‘light’ and I feared the job wouldn’t be completed so I helped him - nearly dropping it at one point as it wasn’t ‘light’. One week later, I couldn’t move with my back. The osteo said I’d slipped a disc or torn something – did I do anything unusual in the last week? Spent hundreds of pounds on treatments and months healing. The least the company could do was acknowledge their lack of duty of care in the fitter asking me. Instead, response was ‘I would advise you not to assist in lifting items as doing so is ultimately your choice and as a Company we cannot be held liable for your choices.’
In fact, they never once admitted any of the above problems were their liability. They even went as far, in answer to the credit card dispute, to make up lies and say they’d I’d insisted on using my own tap, they'd warned me it would cause problems – only to be caught out in lying as the tap was clearly marked on their invoice. I’d even asked the salesperson on the day will this tap and sink fit?
I had 5 visits from the company in total. They agreed to only replace one counter where the tap and sink needed to come forward and not both of them, even though the new counter would be coming from a different batch – thereby risking mismatched counters – when NONE of it was my fault. They tell you it’s in the small print but clearly even their own assessors are embarrassed by this as they showed me photos of radically different versions of the same product. I was eventually worn down and compromised on accepting a different batch but they arrived for the fifth visit and had incorrectly measured the counter so could not fit it. That was the end.
It took me 10 months of fighting for what was simply what I’d paid for in the beginning .It was enormously stressful and upsetting.…but, in the end, it was about right and wrong. They never took accountability, never wanted to do a proper job to fix things and I had to pursue it legally.
I won my case - a Section 75 credit card claim - which is based on whether the company breached their contract with me. I had to get an independent review done as part of the process which was done by Granite Transformations (Romford), an amazingly helpful and professional company who specialise in quartz overlays. Their findings led me to be given all the money back by my credit card company and have everything completely redone by another company, including paying for all the damage they'd caused. The new company were simply amazing - superior product, absolute professionalism, competitive pricing and impeccable finishing.
When I phoned this company about the problems I'd had, they said ‘Is this Quartzize Tops?’
The real travesty was when they removed the counters. They were only stuck down with a tiny squiggle of mastic rather than skimmed with glue adhesive to ensure proper contact across the counter. This is to stop any cracking. I’d urge anyone with cracking problems to investigate whether it’s due to poor fitting/contact with the counters.

The worst thing about the whole experience was their attitude. If you want to get a sense of Quartzize, read all the replies to the negative reviews. No accountability, there’s an underlying swipe at something the customer hasn’t done correctly.
If I can help anyone avoid my experience, I am glad to help.
UPDATE TO QUARTZIZE REPLY: WOW! What did I say about no accountability? More arrogance and lies. My review is damning - if it's a lie, Quartzize could complain and have it removed. As long as this review remains, it is proof that I'm not lying and they are. Am happy to share the email confirming I won my case and the invoice for my new work - anytime!

The work tops look fantastic there’s no denying. It’s made the kitchen look brand new. Jake the fitter was so professional he did an amazing job- worked 9 hrs solid and the workmanship is perfect. I’m really happy with the result.

Delighted with my Quartz Overlay Worktop installed by Chris & Jaime. What a transformation. Two hardworking guys, neat and tidy who did a great job. Highly recommend.

Wow!! From the start to the end result...pure professionalism!! My kitchen looks wonderful!! I never imagined such a change. The advice given by the initial consultation was so useful....the surveyor was spot on & the fitters certainly know their job!!
