Called half a dozen times. To speak to my claims handler to discuss things. Conveniently always busy have asked for a call back 6 times over 3 weeks she doesn’t bother. This company is a complete waste of time and money.

I put a claim in with my insurers LV recently for a damaged down pipe and drain. LV appointed Quadra as loss adjusters and I was visited by loss adjuster Sally Steadman who then appointed a drains company Auger to carry out the work. Quadra were very professional and helpful and Sally explained everything clearly. A CCTV report was carried out on the drain and a detailed report given, I was always kept updated. Auger were approved to carry out the repairs. The whole claim was handled swiftly and I am really pleased with the repair work and the fact that the repair was carried out externally with minimal disruption.
Dreadful dreadful company so much to say but it would take all day
But believe the previous bad reviews this company is a nightmare to deal with , total lack of communication from loss adjuster, arrogant rude , from ignoring you to telling total lies , cannot even get the basic expenses paid , over 4 months now living in temporary accomodation and the builder hasn’t even started work giving different excuses to delay , and judging by previous comments have yet got that nightmare to come
I have to say that despite negative comments elsewhere, Malcolm dealt with the claim professionally and with respect.
There were a few delays, however most of them from the insurers end who were very slow to respond and beyond his control. His technical assistant Lisa was good as well.
Carrying on from my last post nothing has changed, job still not complete, re complain procedure no such thing even the e mail link gets sent back by the postman.

Very unpleasant customer services, lacking common courtesy. Their Loss Adjuster was just looking for any possible reason to reject the claim. She was so pleased with herself when rejecting the claim, couldn't hide it.
There is a small leak from the roof of our house, which was caused by current storms and couple of weeks of heavy downpour. Making a claim for a first time, I expected the insurance company will send someone to deal with the issue promptly but was I wrong. They sent Quadra to "assess".
The loss adjuster was looking for any reason to refuse the claim- from is the insurance company aware that we have a flat roof, to am I sure it is covered by the insurance company, to how did I estimate the rebuilding cost of the house, etc. etc. She concluded that the building insurance does not cover such incidents.
Judging by the poor reviews of the other people, I think this company should be taken to court and out of business.
To much to go through with all the inferior work been a nightmare coming up to a year now and still not finished. Can't get any answers when you ring, email and letters. Would never recommend this company. Bits they have done used inferior materials cheap rubbish .Been a nightmare and very stressful.

The person who is Head of Investigation & Counter Fraud is very rude and bad attitude.
I have no idea why. When he talk to me on the phone he talk very suspiciously. When we pay the insurance they happily take our money but when we go for the claim things is changed. All the staffs are very rude and bad attitude. No clue WHY
Next my home insurance directly to a major companies not small insurer
This company has been a nightmare from the start of the claim which started in October 2020. It’s now may and I’m still waiting for it to be dealt with. There is so much lack of communication between the teams and the customer. They never get In touch with the customer you have to constantly chase them. I can’t wait till my policy ends to leave as god forbids if I have ever have to process another claim!!
Beware - large buildings insurance claim completely mismanaged. Loss adjuster was non-existent at best, throughout, simply failing to answer most email correspondence and even failed to speak up against dodgy builders after witnessing and proof of the substandard quality of work. I am left to fight it out 2.5 years into the claim at my expense, with an estimated cost of around £150k to put things right after the mess I have been left in
