Super boots and socks and harness !!!

Ordered a week ago but not dispatched yet & no contact to explain or apologise. I doubt that I will use them again.

Was expecting a really high quality product from K9. Looks good, but front strap is impossible for me to fit on my dog and very crude compared with normal K9 quality. This means I cannot use the product, and was about to return it as the website indicated free returns but further investigation indicates I would have to pay postage if I wanted a refund rather than credit - have already paid £6 to have it delivered, so not worth the effort. I suppose I have been spoiled by using Amazon a lot where free returns means just that. I will not be using Purrfectly Yappy again because of this. So a very disappointed first time buyer, especially after waiting 12days for delivery, and I'll now return to Amazon, having tried to support an independent organisation.

Really good customer service, delivered really quick!

Just purchased a very pretty harness with matching collar for my little Daschund Bella. I bought small and it fits perfectly. It is well made and seems comfortable on her. I will be purchasing from this company again, a different set, I recommend them.

Would love to rate higher, however, order took 1 full week to arrive. After calling them, it appears they take pre-orders for products and once they have enough orders, then place order for product. Wish I'd known this before ordering. Should be more transparent about this! Good product, slow painful service.

Ordered 2 items only 1 delivered, despite numerous emails no apology no update and no second item

A well priced product that the dog has been taking for some time, it was suggested that we up his omega 3 intake, seems to be working, shipping was pretty good.

Ive sent an email inquiring about my order with no reponse. I cannot check the ststus of my order and have received no information on the delivery ofy order

charged £6 shipping for a very small/light item which advised 3-6 days - its been two weeks since order - still not arrived and no update to where it is.

Having done a good search purrfectly yappy were the cheapest online including postage for the harness I wanted to purchase. Website is easy to use and purchasing was straightforward. I was ordering from Ireland and delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days, it arrived one day over this but I believe this was probably due to delays at customs so not really their fault. I didn't get any tracking updates which I always prefer to get if possible. This is my second time using this website to purchase and I would definitely use it again.

Really nice website and lovely products there is no denying that. The customer service is absolutely dire. I believe they have a new team now and the new "younger" members of the team are very helpful but the "boss" of the company is totally useless and whatever he may say he clearly does not follow up. They allow other companies to sell their own products on PY. When there is an issue PY do not want to know. I basically waited over 6 weeks for one item. In the end I went direct to the company who were supplying PY and bought it there! I can only think PY were not following up where my item was with the company who advertises on their website. If they allow this they must accept all responsibility and dedication to their customers. I must also admit this is the second time this has happened to me and because how bad it was I will never ever use them again. The boss needs to relearn his customer skills and when he says he will get back to you, he really should stick to his word. He should show more care and when a customer had been waiting as long as me, he should have took it upon himself to sort it out.

Cannot rate this company highly enough. High quality goods and customer service the best I’ve ever had. They kept me updated on my order and I had almost instant replies to my emails. First class.

Quick delivery. Great quality. Only recently got the lead so haven’t had it long to give a full review. But so far so good.

I ordered a DO&G Leopard Collar and matching lead for my Daschund.

Although my order was late being delivered due to stock not being available. Leigh Sanches was fantastic. He offered me updates and kept me informed of exactly when I would recieve my order. I must commend Leigh on his excellent customer service skills he did a great job. Well done!!

I love my products and would recommend Perfectly Yappy and I will definately shop with them again in the future.
