Terrible customer service, do not reply to their online form messages/queries, social media or direct emails. I have been trying to contact them for 5 weeks but am giving up. Won't order from them again. I bought from them in 2018 seems they have gone downhill since then.

This company is a scam.

I ordered 6 packs of 4kg ziwipeak dog food from them before worth over £500, they asked for verification of my address which was sent over on 2 separate occasions.

In the end, no dog food no refund, and they stopped communicating via email.

I got my money back from Mastercard charge back dispute service thankfully but it took 6 months and they even had the guys to challenge the chargeback service…they are scammers and I can’t believe they are still trading!

This company is a scam so avoid it at all costs.

I dealt with Beverley who I found to be really efficient and helpful. My order arrived quickly but I’d chosen the wrong sized items (my own fault) and asked to return them. Beverley responded to my emails quickly and sent replacements on same day she received the returns. I am delighted with items and service.

Ordered £60 worth of stuff, no dispatch email, no response to my emails, constantly fobbed off on the phone as to delivery dates

Shame as I really wanted the items but the customer service was simply awful

Placed an order on 17/01/23 nothing turned up for 2 weeks so sent an email. No response this is the third week of waiting. Avoid at all cost, will be reporting for fraud at 4 weeks.

57 days since I placed the order and nothing still!

I ordered two dog toys on 10/12/22. Only one arrived. There was a flat postage charge of £5.99 - very much at the higher end of what companies charge. I emailed the company three times to enquire about the awaited toy and phoned them once. They have never responded, despite continuing to send me promotional emails.

Dreadful and Disappointing - This company needs to do better!
I am still awaiting an order which was placed on 17/1. I’ve tried to contact the Company by email and by phone as my order I need new leads for my dogs before we go on holiday. No response received and no communication on the progress or delay of my order. Customer service is non-existent. I will never use this Company again but am now worried that I have lost my money and will never receive my order.

Cannot recommend their eBay store at all. I purchased 19/01 and requested cancellation the same day, stating the product was no longer needed. I messaged them and got a response of “Yes of course you can”. They did not fufill this request so I sent a reminder message same day asking if they can fufil this.

I received a message from EBay today stating cancellation was not approved because “it’s too late”

Therefore they have not kept up to “promises” and did not resolve my issue.

If I have to pay to return this item, despite opening a cancellation request within an hour and messaging countless times with only one response of “yes”, I really will not be happy and will not be shopping nor recommending Purrfectly Yappy again.

They are yet again on “Seller is away” until 29/01 as per eBay, so I doubt I will get a response or a refund as a result.

HORRENDOUS! The item arrived 25 days late, I messaged them several times no response, I tried to ring, no response then I messaged them on how to return it, a week later I get a response on how to return it, but it’s 28days or no refund. I have since messaged them a few more times and still nothing so I’m £50 out of pocket. I really would advise everyone not to bother. You may think you’re saving a few pounds but the stress is not worth it. They are the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH I’m an unpaid carer so it has been quite a blow to me.

I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this company their refund policy is terrible. I purchased a sale item that was not suitable I contacted them via email three times, each time I’ve had no reply! You cannot return anything unless they sent you a link which they must approve first, and they do not want to refund me even though I was well within my 28 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU ARE UNSURE AND MIGHT NEED TO REFUND!!

They have provide any tracking information not deliver my order i want refund.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. Only 1 of the four items has arrived. I’ve emailed three times with no reply. I rang and spoke to someone who didn’t have a clue, they said they would look into it and call me back, they never did. Do not order from this site as they take your money and don’t deliver the products!

Very quick delivery and great product. Good price and will be buying from here again.

Ordered 2 dog bowls. Bowls are excellent for my frenchie. However I was not impressed with time it takes for delivery after placing my order, 6 days is too long when you're paying almost £6 for delivery. The boxes were ripped upon arrival and labels ripped on them like they were returns. I would not recommend Purrfectly Yappy for their slow delivery and damaged packaging. Also found same bowls £10 cheaper elsewhere. Prices are inflated.

My harness was quick to arrive, well packaged and superior quality, so much so I bought two!

Bought the double den cat scratcher, was delivered quickly, really good value and great quality, easy to put together.
