Purewell Electrical always a cut above the rest!
Ordered Panasonic TV on-line and used their free local delivery option.
Purewell team communications were excellent post order and called to validate order delivery day and again on the day to confirm time slot and check I would be available to receive the item.
As usual excellent service and TV was perfect.

I found exactly what I wanted on the website. Ordering was easy and quick. I brought a new washing machine and had the old one taken away and the new one installed. Very professional service.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service! After my old fridge freezer was ailing we called the company. It was all so easy. I ordered a new one luckily delivery on the same day. They took away my old one and was left with no packaging. I will definitely used Purewell Electrics again. Excellent team of people.

Good Service
Overall very pleased with the ease of ordering over the internet. After checking other suppliers the price Purewell was asking was very good, delivery only took a couple of days. I would definitely use this company again

Excellent!
Very good service from walking into the store to receiving our new tv. We asked to look at replacing our tv. We had excellent advice and service from Dean.
He arranged the delivery for two days time as there wasn’t a slot before that.
We were very lucky that same day. We received a phone call to say that the deliveries had been completed early and that we could have our tv delivered and installed today!
This was done very efficiently by Grant who took great care with setting it up and explaining the workings, very patiently, to us oldies!
Grant also took away our old tv and all the packaging from the new one.
A very good service all round and we will definitely recommend!

Order could not be completed for a…
Order could not be completed for a week, after my old (very old!) washing machine broke down, but this wasn't a problem.
Order delivered on the day, with a helpful 'phone call in advance the same day to say roughly when it would arrive. The installer was very helpful & cleared up a water leak behind my kitchen unit caused by a worn washer in the old machine, which had gone unnoticed.
New washing machine working very well so far & I am very pleased with it. Good value for money, including the installation & removal charge.

September 7th 2019.My microwave was…
September 7th 2019.My microwave was smoking so went to buy a new one from Purewell Electrics. Within minutes of looking at the microwaves an assistant came o see if we needed help. He was very helpful with information then checked to see if our chosen one was in stock. He then fetched it, we paid and he carried it out and put it in my car. All done with friendly banter.
A great experience.
