Kenable were recommended to me by a friend, and they have been a lifesaver. I was having issues with various devices and ended up writing a very long email to their customer service. A lovely person named Slavo spent considerable time and patience helping me understand the issues and sourcing the right cables and adaptors to fix the problem. Bought a long active HDMI cable from them and product is great.

Had an issue where it broke after 11 months and after talking to customer services via email they were able to replace. Would have realistically bought a other one from here anyway even if they hadn't - so was good of them to do the replacement.

I bought a CAT 7 cable off this company. The cable output measured was 90mbps indicating defective cable. Speeds were considerably higher when swapping to an old CAT 6 cable 930 Mbps. Told this company and they were not interested. Poor customer service and sub standard cables.

Ordered wireless keyboard and mouse and the keyboard arrived faulty, email the Kenable who asked me to try a couple of things to make sure it was the keyboard. Still failed so a treated keyboard and mouse sent out. Kenable answered emails and phone instantly and reacted instantly they are a top company for customer service, my first use of Kenable now my go to supplier.

I've been trying to find quality suppliers for electrical equipment, primarily audio for musical instruments in particular. My friends have generally used ebay and Amazon. Invariably buying cheap, poor quality cables and equipment.
I've just found Kenable, almost on my doorstep. Placed an order today and got quality for a reasonable price. Collected today as well; no waiting 2-3 days and longer - what more could you ask for!

I rang Kenable for advice. I have an old B&O Biovision Avant from 2002 and until August I was using a FreeSat box to watch TV through using a scart connection. From mid-August however I was unable to receive any programming. Initially I thought it was a cable issue and then discovered that Freesat had ceased all programming for my Freesat model. I did have a spare ROKU stick but that connects via HDMI which the TV doesn’t have. I was faced with accepting that my TV has run out of time and buying a new TV but I absolutely love my B&O - it's quite a feature - and I wanted to exhaust all possibilities. I did some reasearch online in various forums and discovered that an av:link HDMI to Scart converter 'might' do the job, but the jury was out, and if it did work, picture quality or sound might be an issue. Kenable sold these and as they had a number to ring I called for advice. The person I spoke to said he thought it would work 'in theory' as long as my ROKU had its own power source, but they'd never had a query about an old B&O before. He also checked that the HDMI to Scart was the model I needed. It wasn't expensive so I bought it and it arrived super quickly. Yesterday I tried it out.

My Freesat box used to be accessed via the Satellite setting on my remote and I thought I'd try there first. I plugged in a flexible scart to the same scart socket I'd used on the TV and attached the other end of the scart to the av:link scart 'ouput'. I plugged the ROKU into the 'input' of the av:link and powered up the ROKU. Finally I plugged the provided av:link power cable into a USB plug (which I had at home). I also plugged the TV aerial into the wall. (There was no satellite cabling plugged in). The moment of the big test came.

I clicked the Satellite button on the remote and it worked. I can only say it absolutely made my day. Picture quality is fine for me. And the bonus is that I have more stations and streaming services available than I ever did with the old Freesat. Most importantly it really helped me having a friendly voice at the end of the phone for advice. Thank you Kenable.

Bought a HDMI to USBC cable. Plugged it into the tv. Then realised I’d put it into the wrong HDMI port. So pulled the cable out and it came apart leaving a part in the tv which I had to pull out with tweezers. So I didn’t even get to use the cable. Clearly cheaply made. Would avoid

I’ve used Kenable over and over again for many years, and this is the first place I look for a computer cable, adapter or charger. They offer a huge range of decent products at very good prices, and customer service is excellent. Emails are answered promptly by real people, and the only time I ever had a problem with a cable they sorted a replacement immediately and without any fuss.

Fantastic customer service from Dale at Kenable as when my first phone cable didn't work he made every effort through communication to get me the correct cable and ended up sending me two more together to eliminate any doubt. And one worked! Great service, thoroughly recommended.

Can't fault this company. I was looking for some HDMI 2.1 cables and this company seemed legit, after looking at many dubious ones on eBay and Amazon, so ordered some at about 4pm. Paid for 1st class RM postage and they arrived next day even though Kenable said to order by 3pm for same day despatch. Also buying from their website was substantially cheaper than Amazon. Great cables and great service so highly recommended.
