Honestly, without him, the level of customer service and support wouldn’t be the same.

Service Matters
This was simple. I needed to join a gym today and had The Gym Group as my first shout ,because the £18.99 membership was affordable to me, although I work part time I still get a little Universal credit to help.
I thought I would pop along to Gym Group and have a butchers at what was on offer. I buzzed the buzzer and nothing. I asked someone entering to get someone for me, nothing. I waited 15 mins and left.
I then popped into Pure Gym at the Mall, £22.99 was a tad more than I would like but I would take a gander. I did a bit of research online and then went along. I buzzed the buzzer and in no time Flo came and showed me around the gym and answering all my questions. So that sold it for me, and I went to Wendy's got a cuppa and signed up.
The power of customer service is so misplaced in our society and yet it is vital.
I will be doing my first workout on Friday and hope my decision proves correct in opting for this gym.

The staff is extremely rude and…
The staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming in this place . Referring to the blond lady who wants to call herself a PT ( she talks down on people and discusses people in negative way in her native language … the place is also a mess…

Terrible place the dirty sewer flows through the water pipe on the heads of the clients who train disgusting situation!!!! The email address not active i can't see manager on this fitness I see how you work on cleanliness and troubleshooting. I'm writing here because I haven't seen a manager in this gym, if this basement can even be called a gym.

Should be cheaper
Not very happy with the experience , been coming to this gym since opening , i work our 5 days a week and every time i come i struggle to find an empty locker inside the changing room , and i think they should offer peak hours to teenagers who come and VAPE inside the gym !!!! occupying the lift section meanwhile some of us really need that section for working out . Am not trying to deny the right of teenagers to work out but still they are very noisy , snapchat constantly , vaping , occupying the equipment useless , should drop the price for all this madness going on

1st visit; I'll be back, professional environment for working out
Being a female who loves her lifting.
It's important I can do this within an environment that;
1. Feels safe for me especially when my younger sister is with me. I felt that here.
2. Clean gym areas; all parts of the gym including changing rooms are lovely and clean.
3. The kind of gym members this gym attracts that (guys I'm looking at you) are respectful and part of an overall positive experience for me. Yep got that here too.

No staff available and locked in inside
I visited for the first time. There was no staff available at all, no induction, nobody to explain how to use the equipment safely, nothing.
I wasn't able to exit the building using my pin code (though I tried 3 times and checked it was correct). I had to wait that another customer exits and go just behind him.

You can book an induction session with a member of staff via your members area. These sessions are called "Get Started" - and a member of staff will meet you at the time shown to show you around and answer any questions .
Otherwise, upon signing up, any member can attend the gym right away and workout alone without the need for further help from staff. Apologies for any confusion .
For safety reasons, any combination of 8-digit PIN will allow a member to exit the gym - It just will not log your attendance correctly if you do not use your own.
Please ensure you press the enter OK key after you've input your PIN to open the PODs. If you tried to exit through the easy-access doors this would not have worked as they're for emergencies.
If you have any access issues, you can press the assist button outside the doors and a member of staff or 24/7 CCTV Team can assist you further .
