Prelievi Fantasma: Ho una richiesta di prelievo di 1.500€ ferma da mezzo anno. Nonostante sia un mio diritto riavere il mio capitale, i soldi sembrano essere evaporati nel nulla.
Assistenza Inesistente: Dimenticatevi il supporto clienti. Una volta depositato, diventate invisibili. Non rispondono alle mail, non forniscono spiegazioni e si nascondono dietro un silenzio complice.
Promesse vs Realtà: Attirano le persone tramite il "passaparola" di amici o sedicenti esperti CON LA PROMESSA DI UN COPYTRADING ECCEZIONALE ( tramite un ragazzo che già avevo perso soldi con Hyperfund), promettendo guadagni facili. La realtà? Prima diceva che faceva guadagni giornaliere e nel canale telegram fa vedere che guadagnano poi Perdite colossali (anche del 40% in pochi giorni)
Affidabilità Zero: Si comportano come il classico schema che accetta depositi con il tappeto rosso, ma blocca ogni uscita con scuse infinite.
Conclusione: Non fatevi ingannare dalle interfacce grafiche pulite. È una trappola. Se tenete ai vostri risparmi, cercate broker regolamentati e trasparenti. PU Prime è un vicolo cieco.

They blocked my withdraws and they stole my balance from one of my accounts I had with them.
The account manager disappeared, and after one month of sending them emails about why they stole my money I get always the same automated message

Je me suis retrouvé avec 23 000 € envolés, bloqués, impossibles à récupérer. Du jour au lendemain, plus rien. Le “service client” ? Une blague. Tu écris, tu remplis leurs formulaires à répétition, tu relances sans arrêt… et en face, c’est le vide total. Pas une réponse. Rien. Silence complet.
Pendant des semaines, j’ai tourné en boucle. Tous les jours, la même boule au ventre : est-ce que je vais revoir mon argent ou est-ce que c’est mort pour de bon ? Franchement, ça rend fou. Tu te sens impuissant, baladé, avec l’impression qu’on te prend clairement pour un idiot.

Complaint Regarding Blocked Withdrawal and Trading Restrictions
My PU Prime Account No is 11481632
I am writing to complain about PU Prime for blocking my withdrawal without any reason. They are also not allowing me to place trades in my account. I have tried to contact them several times, but they are not responding and they have still not returned my funds. This is a very unfair and unprofessional way to treat customers. My experience trading with PU Prime has been extremely bad, and I do not find this company trustworthy at all. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from such companies.
