I ordered in March and my order has still not arrived - in error I subscribed to a recurring order and have already been billed for the second month . The marketing team keep asking how I am finding the product - not funny!
I am frustrated and hope to receive it soon - in the meantime my dogs are scratching themselves to bits ☹️

Had a couple of hiccups.. however pupganics sorted it out delivery was a little slow, but product arrived,well packaged

My Brownie crossed the rainbow April 14. For two years he was suffering from skin rash, ear infection, constant scratching and licking. He developed skin tags, warts and waxy smelly skin. Apoquel was introduced to me. I know this medicine is not healing his problem but it alleviates him from all the pain he was suffering from. During this time I was constantly researching on Face Book for a solution. I tried different kinds believe me, but nothing works until I found Pupganics.
The very first day he chewed it he immediately stopped itching, his rash all over his chest started fading. The second day his ears healed no more black smelly sticky waxy ears! The third day, his waxy skin on his inner thighs became nice and smooth to touch. The third day his skin tags started falling off from around his eyes and some parts of his body. He slept so well.
During the course of his apoquel saga his tummy started to show a lump. This grew and we suspected it to be a tumour. He left us too soon.
Brownie was taking Pupganics for two weeks until he passed. Those two weeks were the best days of his life. Thank you Pupganics. We wish we’ve found you sooner.

Have placed two orders, paid for them and after over a month since being debited Pupganics has failed to deliver their products. Poor Customer Care follow up.

This is a scam! Ordered twice and nothing arrived. Kept blaming the delivery company with vague excuses. And then they have the audacity to keep filling your email inbox with crap about the product. Steer clear!

It's a scam. The just receive orders and collect the payment but they will never ship your oder. Stay away

The dog is scratching less. I see that her hot spots dried as well.

it was a scam! the "supplement" poisoned my dog and also they keep charging my card even after i told them to stop. they will keep billing you!!!

Mi perrita tenía una alergia q perdió hasta su pelo por pedazos hasta su rabo la lleve Veterinario antibiótico espuma piel y nada la ayudó. Cuando los leí los compré pensando no le haría nada y si ya le está naciendo su pelo el problema es q le gustan tanto q tengo q esconder el pote ya ellas esperan sus pastillas diarias gracias seguiré comprándola muchos años tomando el Apoquel y solo x unos semanas volvía c su alergia estoy súper feliz con mi viejita pitbull q duerme x fin bien.

This seems to be a scam website. Product never arrived. My Antivirus also now flags their website as a fraud

I ordered on 10 March and still waiting for delivery. The last date on tracking was 9 April. I have sent them emails with no reply.

They didn`t work on my Scratching dog waste of money !!!

Dogs seem to like the product. Have had a sunscription since december 2025. Shipping is an issue. Sometimes it's 2 weeks (to rural Canada) the last time it was 30 days. Hard to plan a reliable supply when shipping is so sketchy. The last bottle was short 5 treats. But that was the first that I counted. That's an 8% shortage! The company seemed genuinely interested in getting to the bottom of the problem but haven't heard from them since...disappointing.

Still waiting to see some measurable results with our dog. We’ve been on the supplements for two months. She still had to have her cropping shot a week and a half ago because she was shaking her head so much and itching. It’s calmed down, but I don’t know if it’s from your product or just her regular reaction to getting the shot. I have three more months here I intend to let her have the full experience. Hopefully it’s gonna make a difference for her.

I ordered products from this site, order #6103 and paid more than 100USD for the products. It appears to have shipped from China, despite the address being in the USA. I paid for a single shipment, but then they automatically subscribed me for payments every 4 weeks from my Credit Card. They tried to deduct another payment from my card. Luckily I blocked the card at the time. I never received the delivery, initially the tracking status of the shipment appeared to be updating. But now it stopped updating. I complained about the site to Meta. But they appear happy to let fraudulent websites operate with impunity on Facebook.
