Prompt initial response and engineer was engaged and got job done effectively. I would suggest shoes should be removed if coming into a home. Price has gone up a bit more than I expected.

Easy to arrange a visit by engineer to assess issues with Saniflo macerator/pump. Engineer (Gavin) arrived on time, within the hour time slot advised by pumpmaster. He was extremely knowledgeable and understood issues we were experiencing, quickly diagnosed issue, and explained our choices regarding repairs, cost etc. and gave advice on the best way to proceed. He went above and beyond to rectify issues and did a very thorough job. Left everything clean and tidy.

Very disappointing! Our macerator toilet got blocked so we called Pump Master after reading good reviews. The technician arrived and only emptied the water that had risen out of the toilet bowl then told us that he had unblocked the toilet and that he had flushed it several times indicating that blockage was cleared. He told us that it may block again due to limescale build up. He also told us that he had checked the Saniflo and there was no problem. He suggested buying a descaler to clear the limescale build up which cost £27 pounds. He even flushed the toilet in front of me and you could hear a slight noise from the toilet but I dismissed it as the water did not rise. Half an hour after he left I decided to use the toilet and again the toilet filled with water that did not go down. I called Pump Master again and was told the technician reported that if the problem persists we should get a drainage company to clear the drains as there maybe a blockage and that there was nothing else they could do. That cost us £150 + vat. We feel let down, disappointed and ripped off because we paid all the money plus we bought the recommended descaler and still ended up with a blocked toilet.
Unfortunately, we would not recommend Pump Masters.

Really impressed with Gavin who located the problem and explained what needed to be done to rectify it. Very professional and a fantastic ambassador for your company.

The engineer Darren phoned ahead and gave the approximate arrival time. He was very polite and our unit was serviced efficiently and the area left clean and tidy. Good experience all round.

Very disappointing and let down badly by Pumpmaster! I called them out as my Saniflo wasn’t working they said outlet pipes need replacing which I have had replaced. Saniflo charged me £132 call-out! Today I had to call them out again as I still had the same problem. Darren the engineer came out and said the same thing again, he tried to charge me £130 again which I refused to pay! We went out for 30 mins came back to water everywhere flooding over the top of the toilet! Saniflo were most unhelpful couldn’t get the engineer back until sometime tomorrow. So I was left with water running all over my hall carpet and cloakroom floor, which I was having to bail out. My bathroom fitters talked me through how to isolate the water but as this problem was not there before Saniflo looked at it this morning, I don’t rate them at all I wont use them again!

I was away when guests reported that our macerator kept tripping so I booked someone from Pumpmaster and told them to just change the macerator as it was 10 years old. I arranged for neighbours to let them in, but they explained that they were unable to change the macerator as they would have to take out the toilet and a shelf.
We got back, saw a plumbers van on our street. They came around that afternoon to look and 2 days later came in and took out the toilet to replace the macerator and plumbed it back in afterwards.
Apparently you nearly always have to remove the toiler to get at the macerator.
Luckily GT Plumbing in Bath sorted everything for us.

Matt arrived on time, cheerful and VERY professional He cleared the blockage- OUR FAULT !! and left us with a fully functioning loo ! I would recommend Pumpmaster and Matt for anyone with a Saniflo

Pumpmaster were prompt, efficient and excellent value. Our engineer (Darren) was on time, called ahead and fixed and serviced our system quickly leaving the area spotless. I whole heartedly recommend them :)

Within 2 days of phoning Saniflo I had an appointment arranged to suit my working day. The person in the office was really polite and helpful over the telephone.
Mark their technician arrived on time. He was polite, thoughtful and clearly very experienced in his job. He identified the problem and set about getting it sorted. He fitted a new system, took away the old one and cleaned and tided up. Mark tested all the appliances and showed them to me before he left.
The whole experience was professional and painless in what was, to be frank, a rather unpleasant situation.
Thank you to all those involved. How great to get such pleasant, efficient and good customer service.

What can I say, I rang in a panic with problem unit on free tel no 0800 2922542 Call was answered quickly with a very friendly and helpful lady, they put me at ease and organised a speedy (Guildford) engineer visit,I couldn't be happier all done for a fair price by nice people, I would recommend. thank you

Darren was great.
Really thorough.
Showed me what he'd done and what was wrong.
Left it clean and spotless and popped a handy sticker on the toilet to warn others not put anything other than tissue down the toilet. Hopefully avoiding future problems/breakdowns.
I Would recommend his services!

The polite and efficient Saniflo technicians that attended my Sanislim (Mark and Darren) over the last 2 years have, with remarkable patience, warned me that my wastepipe configuration was the root of my problems as it had a number of 'elbows' in its routing. But they tried to help and made it work as best they could. I thank them for their patience and advice as they could well have said its not worth maintaining while the wastepipe was in that condition. I have now re-routed my wastepipe with the help of a plumber with the recommenced 'non-elbow' fittings and the unit seems to be much 'happier' in its workings. Thank you Pumpmaster for your help and advice. Your engineers are worth their weight in gold.
