Like others, they are not even worth 1 star.
I was involved in an incident where my vehicle was a total loss due to a drunk driver hitting my vehicle.
I went to hospital and wasn’t able to obtain any details from other driver.
3 weeks later I managed to obtain the policy number and who he was insured by called Admiral and they knew nothing about the incident, freedom brokers/pukka services hadn’t even made contact.
We are now over three months down the line and still no payout for my van/business and personal belongings not a penny has been paid out.
Absolutely shocking avoid at all cost!!!!!

I don’t even want to give one star because there is no other option here.
Terrible service, irresponsible behavior, basically they don’t care.

STOLE MY CAR AVOID AT ALL COST. was insured by them they never set first proposal to me got. my renewal and details were incorrect told them about this while i was making a claim.they arranged for car to be uplifted took it away gave me payout amount and then told me policy was void and never returned car and then stop responding to me.they still have car in storage and will not return
Had a false claim against me
Had a false claim against me, it is now closed with no payments being made. Everytime commutation was via email, now I need an email sent to my insurers to say its closed. They send a letter which takes weeks to get processed, why not an email like all the other times!!! Makes me think they are all working together to get the most money out of you. Nearly 3 years , I am still paying premiums for a non fault claim thst happened in 2022. I would not use these as you will be too blame even though I was the victim
Pukka you need more ethical claims managemt firms to handle your claims
I worked for one of their claims management firms.
I heard a lot of shady stuff in the background. For example, there was one such conversation in which several handler in one of the group chats were discussing how no payments could be made till there was enough money in the pot. Why was there a deficit in funds? Then on the side I was working, you have to blag customers telling them that their payments are being processed. It's the least ethical place I think I have ever worked. I don't know if Pukka are aware of this, or if they do they don't care. You don't think that such firms could be bound by the financial regulators but here we are. Pukka if you aware of this it makes you as bad really doesn't it

Do not use these scammers. Worst service ever and did not listen to a word I said. Should be shut down. Considering making a complaint to the FCA.
Avoid Pukka Insurance at all costs
Avoid Pukka Insurance at all costs! They blatantly lied about the coverage I was supposed to have and when I needed the insurance, they failed to provide it. Their customer service was unhelpful and left me stranded when I relied on them most. Completely unreliable and disappointing—don’t make the same mistake I did!
Just don't use
Do not use. Worst experience with any insurer I have had to make a claim with. They attempted to stone wall through the claims process. Simply, I would not trust them to honour their cover leaving you holding the liability.

I want to warn people that I consider this company to be a bunch of scammers. I got a cheap quote from them for van insurance that I paid for up-front on their website and received an email asking me to phone up to verify personnel details, at what felt like nearing the end of the phone call, they informed me that my wife had a no-fault accident and that had she never claimed her insurance company for any damage to the car or for personnel injury three years ago But they were still going to use this Non-incident as justification to raise the price of the insurance. the individual I spoke with on the phone also tried claiming that if I cancelled would negatively affect any other quotes I would get from any other insurers. This felt like blackmail to me, either pay the extra or else. I accused him of being a scammer and demanded to know how much extra they wanted, but he refused to tell me and cancelled the insurance so I suspect it was going to be a sizeable increase. These Scumbags are to be avoided.

Tea is not too bad but the tea bags themselves are very soft when wet so break. I’ve had to strain nearly every cup of tea I make into another cup. Won’t be buying again. And they aren’t cheap!

This is worst insurance company I have ever came across. My son had car insurance through sainsburys and they were the underwriter. When it came to my son’s renewal we couldn’t get car insurance as they had logged an accident under his name that wasn’t his car the accident was in London under a different name we live in Scotland. Y when eventually after around 26 phone calls they admitted it was not him and would get removed from data base but 2 weeks later this is still on his record. Can’t get to speak to anyone no one will help his insurance has went from £1800 to nearly £7000 and is due in 5 days . I am now taking legal advice as cannot believe this could happen without being advice or contacted or any investigation into this . Sainsburys have been no help whatsoever happy to take money but totally useless . Called them today to be told the don’t use pukka anymore

I have no words to describe how bad this company is. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails. They don't actually do anything.
STAY AWAY
It took Kinderton 7 weeks to get liability from 3rd party to own damage to my vehicle then further 2 weeks to book in for repairs.
Unfortunately kinderton failed to supply me with a like for like size vehicle but were happy to charge third party £375 per day for a Volvo v90 B4 Inscription claiming it was a P6 group car as I have an Audi A7 they took my log certification number due to high value and executive vehicle, so then I did my research and found out P6 category car hiring association are Range Rover Porches high end cars and much cheaper to hire from hiring companies.
The poor guy who turned up with the car did not know how to get the ODO reading it was damage windscreen and to make the matter worst had a deflated tyre, chap said it’s standard of Volvo to have fault appearing on them lol so not only did they give a damaged car but also ia faulty one too.
I requested it to be exchanged it never happen.

No one ever response or working in Actuon365, Pukka or Freedombrokers to deal with existing claim. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Using Actuon365, Pukka or Freedombrokers and GoCompare!
Summary of the Issue Encountered
I had a car accident on 12th January 2023, since then it has been 4 weeks, my vehicle is still being parked in the recovery car park without being instructed what will happen next.
Every other parties are doing their jobs and answering phone calls except Actuon365, Pukka and Freedombrokers. There is no way to contact Actuon365, Pukka and Freedombrokers or answer the phone calls (08002404988, 03455280262) that they show on their website.
Their provided services involve too many providers/vendors/underwriter, no single one knows what is happening next to my vehicle. No one from Actuon365, Pukka and Freedombrokers to take charge and take action on anything! I have called Actuon365, Pukka and Freedombrokers almost every day but no one ever answer the calls! I only received a call once from Actuon365, Pukka and Freedombrokers , they simply didn't know what they are doing towards my insurance claim, or they are just wasting time on purpose.
How has this situation affected you?
There is no replacement vehicle, resolution or communication for this car accident claim from either Actuon365, Pukka or Freedombrokers.
I have to take bus or taxi to send and pick up my child between home and nursery daily especially in rainy and snowy days during winter.
What is your ideal outcome?
Please re-consider, stop the business and product recommendation with either Actuon365, Pukka or Freedombrokers. They are the worst insurance company I ever seen! Completely no one working to deal with customer with existing claim. How come such company existing and doing business in the insurance industry with your endorsement and product recommendations? I couldn’t believe Gocompare would risk your business trust from customers to such bad company.
I have made complaint to the car insurance companies and the recommendations website GoCompare. I will also make complaint Actuon365, Pukka or Freedombrokers to FCA and The Financial Ombudsman Service.
