Can’t put zero stars!
Can’t put zero stars!
This saga has been going on since the 18th June. Promise after promise we will sort it out. Attempted to have a tyre replaced at the Thetford branch, in the end no tyre and wasted 1 - 1/2 days of my holiday. The last promise was the area manager would contact me as soon as possible (that was 14-days ago). Customer service what customer service, they just try to palm you off with false promises. Be careful be very careful when dealing with this company.

Can’t put a zero star review
Can’t put a zero star review. Ref complaint 20663
Raised 2 previous 1-star reviews as a result of failing to supplying a replacement tyre. Was promised not once, not twice but three times the tyre will be here at the Thetford branch. The last promise was a 1000% it will be here. Wasted 1- 1/2 days of my holiday waiting round. Raised this on Trust Pilot, the initial response was good even an email, but then nothing. The second review was much the same initial response was good, with the issue now escalated to management and the same old promise we will get back to you. This has now been almost 14-days and again nothing. All I can say is if your dealings with Protyre don’t go right first time then god help you.

One thing that maybe could be offered is if like my case the fitter said he couldn’t repair my slow puncture because of its position, maybe he could have shown me rather than just saying it. I know I could have asked to see it but that maybe would sound like I don’t trust him.

I booked a 1 o’clock slot but my vehicle wasn’t even looked at until 5pm! And that was only after I had rung twice then came back in to demand the vehicle be seen to! This is disgusting service! I won’t be returning to pro tyre

My car was not looked at one the day it…
My car was not looked at one the day it was booked in.. also no one from the garage called me n said its not been looked at.. I also tried to call the garage over 50 times and no obe answered the phone.
I had to go down the following day to be told my car had still not been looked at and then had to take it back down for the work and mot 3 days later
