Excellent efficient friendly service

Great service. Very quick

Was given immediate first class help and attention enabling me to continue my drive with little time loss and a full set of quality tyres.

They fitted me in then and there whilst I waited. I’d tried different tyre centres which were more local to me but everywhere said I had no chance trying on the day. These fitted x. 2 tyres and were both extremely professional it also incredibly polite. 10 out of 10

I didn't like the fact that you had to order tyres online to get the brand you required. I did try and order direct with the tyre centre, they were very helpful but said they were unable to obtain the brand that I wanted. The service was good at Protyre Centre, but after the fitter had finished my job, he didn't inform me my car was ready and went on to start another job. I then had to go and ask in reception if my car was ready.

Absolutely terrible.. Had a aircon regas £120, didnt work the next day I went back .. oh not our fault our system doesn’t check for leaks and gave me the number for a garage round the corner.. no refund 💩..DONT GO….

Excellent service! This is my first visit to Protyre, managed to fit my Range Rover in for air con refill ahead of the hot weather today. I spoke to Lee and found him to be friendly and accommodating. Brilliant price and very reasonable time frame - were careful with my car. Small touch also very appreciated on such a busy road, parking the car back facing out ready for me to leave quickly and safely. I look forward to booking my other car in soon.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Protyre, espcailly when it was recommended. When I first contacted them, I was told only higher‑priced tyres were in stock. While they were expensive, that was ultimately my decision, so I went ahead and booked an appointment.
I took time off work to attend, but once I arrived I ended up waiting for over half an hour. I was then told that the compressor machine was busy, which is why there was a delay. Apparently, the person who booked my appointment failed to inform me of this in advance. Had I known, I could have planned better.
During the appointment, I was advised to change two additional tyres that did not actually need replacing. When I asked for honest advice, it felt like the focus was purely on making a sale rather than what was necessary. The manager was particularly rude, which made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I genuinely felt trapped into agreeing.
In the end, I spent nearly £500, far more than expected, and left feeling unhappy and stressed. Overall, the lack of communication, unprofessional attitude, and high‑pressure sales approach mean I wouldn’t recommend this branch.

Brilliant! Fitted me straight in for a new tyre, giving me all the options, and then fitted it in no time. Probably only on the premises 15 minutes !
Really friendly staff.
Definitely use them again.
