Friendly and efficient service
Friendly and efficient service. I had booked in for an MOT in the morning and Leighton rang me the evening before to let me know that they may be slightly behind schedule (in case I intended to wait on site), but it didn't matter as I live nearby. He called me after the MOT to let me know it had passed with advisory's on all tyres. We discussed options and he was able to fit 4 new tyres on the same day, despite being busy. I have used this Protyre branch a number of times before and will do so again.

Fabulous service
Fabulous service. Easy and quick to book a service and dropped off the day before and was called the next day by Liam (I think) who was very professional and informed me that the car was already serviced and ready to collect. Swift and reliable. Just what is needed in this busy world. I was also told I could wait and have a coffee until my husband collected me when dropping the car off. Brilliant

Soon as I walked into reception and had…
Soon as I walked into reception and had this has a greeting 😣 I immediately got the impression that this guy was obviously not suited to a reception environment. Talk about a slapped arse! A smile costs nothing and it was down hill from there, went about a tyre with pressure problem to being told I needed 4 new tyres because they were old . Yes most likely I would have had them done , the one I went in about couldn't be repaired apparently, so I went 10 minutes down the road to someone that was not only cheaper but cheerful. Let's say I won't be going back to slapped arse man 😒 anytime soon.

Spoke to Lee manager of Narborough Rd…
Spoke to Lee manager of Narborough Rd by phone said I have two tyers being delivered from ebay to him ,and that I paid for fitting also online through fix my car .com,this was a Thurs I said could you fit Saturday he said he don't fit online purchased tyers on Saturday,I also asked him to track the new tyers,his response was he don't offer tracking at Narborough Rd, now I've had my van tracking done twice there before,and I would have to go to other site,utter bull,I don't know what this guys problem is but his customer service is dire,and a smile wouldn't go amiss, the chap at the other site was totally opposite friendly and even he couldn't understand why he never tracked my van after fitting tyers,must have got out of bed on wrong side,so Narborough Rd site,0 out of 10,bradgate Rd site,10 out of 10.
