Protyre Autocare - Holton Heath Anmeldelser 

During a visit to our service garage we were advised that we needed new tyres, even though we'd had all four tyres replaced by Pro Tyre in the previous few months.
We returned to Pro Tyre with the receipts and after a lenghty discussion and examination of the tyres, it transpired that at the last tyre changed, Pro-tyre had replaced the 6 month old front tyres instead of the worn ones rear ones.
The tyres were replaced at no extra cost, however it casued us some inconvenience.

Quick, efficient and a good price.

Staff at the centre were lovely, the car was taken in and worked on quickly - finished in under an hour.

The price was only competitive due to an online offer - other local garages were coming in at the offer price over the phone but needed 2 days to get the stock. Protyre had the tyres I wanted ready.

I went online and paid for my tyres and had a time slot of 8.30am on 8/4/26 the following morning
At Holton Heath , Poole
I arrived and they had no record of my booking and although the guy at the desk was very helpful , I was then told they did not have the tyres I had paid for .
They were very busy there so I had to wait , finally I had to purchase other tyres and left the garage approx 10am
I cannot understand how this can happen , I did email regarding this complaint and had a reply saying they would look into this and get back to me . As yet this hasn’t happened

Work carried out promptly at agreed time and all staff were polite and friendly.

This is the second time I've used Protyre at Holton Heath and the second time they've outdone themselves.

Not only was the price for my tyres very competitive especially compared to the place I've used previously but the way I was helped by the staff was outstanding.

Friendly welcome, complimentary tea and coffee, free safety/health check of brakes. Tyres fitted quite quickly.

I have been here before, but will always come back because they are so helpful and so efficient

DON’T BOTHER !
Protyre have taken over from Cribb Tyres and it has gone massively downhill.
I found out today they now operate on booked appointments, as I went there to get a puncture repair, only to be told to come back in an hour !
I had over-inflated the tyre just to get there, as it was losing pressure rapidly and I certainly didn’t want to be driving to and fro with a puncture !
Imagine if it had been an elderly person ?
I certainly felt that they didn’t care about me and didn’t want my business.
I have used Cribb Tyres for decades and their service was exemplary. They would never turn you away and always do their best to help.
It’s a real shame as I live locally but won’t go back there again and will advise everyone I know to go elsewhere.
Rant over, but hopefully you will understand the annoyance and frustration I felt ?
