Had an appointment cancelled at the very last minute when I was already there. I had tried to call ahead to check exactly where the location was and no-one picked up the phone. No-one had emailed or called to let me know not to bring the car in and they couldn’t offer another appointment. I now how to wait for the refund to go back into my account.

The Holton Heath team are really good.
They showed me the problem with each of my tyres
Also they repaired a valve in another of my wheels and at the end this was free of charge.
Both the fitters are nice lads friendly and happy to explain things.

Holton Heath tracking
I took my car to the Holton Heath branch for a 4-wheel alignment. Within one week, a set of brand-new tyres was destroyed, wearing down to the cords on the inner edges.
When I returned, the branch failed to fix it and told me to "try another garage," leaving my car unsafe to drive. I've had to pay for replacement tyres out of pocket. I emailed customer service 5 days ago for a refund and compensation, but I’ve been completely ignored.
Incompetent technical work and zero communication. Avoid this branch.

Still had no response to my email

During a visit to our service garage we were advised that we needed new tyres, even though we'd had all four tyres replaced by Pro Tyre in the previous few months.
We returned to Pro Tyre with the receipts and after a lenghty discussion and examination of the tyres, it transpired that at the last tyre changed, Pro-tyre had replaced the 6 month old front tyres instead of the worn ones rear ones.
The tyres were replaced at no extra cost, however it casued us some inconvenience.
