Protyre offers a friendly service with reasonable prices and quick turnarounds. While some experiences were excellent, with staff going above and beyond, there was an incident with a fitter driving unsafely, leaving me concerned. Overall, it's an average experience, and I might explore other options next time.

Helpful advice on tyres, alignment, etc. Quick and efficient service with a prior booking. Good prices via the website. Will definitely be back when I need more tyres 👍

Good work and didn't take to long

Easy website but ticked the wrong garage in Bristol. The different garages need to be more evident with where they are and what they have it stock.
Also after going to the Brislington garage, they fitted the wrong tyres but I was all OK with that.

excellent, manager was kind and done the best he could to get me on the road.

Friendly, helpful staff, sorted my car quickly

Damaged two immaculate alloys, now I have to take a day off work and pay for them to be refurbed. Jamie said would cover the cost, which is why this is 2 stars instead of 1. All in all, I'll be out of pocket and and wasting my holiday allowance.

Will come back to increase the rating from 2 to 3 if they do end up paying for the damage. Otherwise service was good, would be 5 star if not for the above. Not ideal.

Edit: Returned here a week later to downgrade this from 2 star to 1.

My car just went in for MOT (has passed every MOT to date) and failed for 3 safety issues related damage caused by the fitters and fixings and bolts unsafely refitted.

To add insult to injury, besides the seemingly helpful message from Georgia below, every one from Protyre has avoided all contact (phone, email) and I can't get a single person from the company to contact me back to get the damage sorted.

Only have one car, now it has no MOT and is unsafe to drive. So I'm now stranded without transport.

Unimpressed.

My appointment was on time and the tyres were fitted in no time.very happy with the service I received.would recommend Protyre Brislington Bristol..

Always gives the best customer service on every visit. I had puncture which I had over few weeks, no other tyre shop would identify why the tyre pressure light on dashboard kept coming up, I popped into Protyre and they identified it and fixed it, knowing exactly the issue. The service was very good and the atmosphere was good and a reasonable price for the tyre and it was done quite quickly

Have used Protyre several times and always pleased with the helpful and friendly response from the team.

I booked my car in for two tires and then decided to have two more it was arranged for the following day with the delivery expected that afternoon however for whatever reason the delivery did not take place so the manager took himself to the main depot and collected the further two tires I believe that this went above and beyond and gave me a very pleasant experience. The staff there are all amazing friendly helpful and I will definitely be going back.

The fitter was unaware i had returned from local shops. He reversed my car out of the bay, then wheel spinned at speed almost crashing into the side of the building. I asked him, are the brakes ok then?? He looked rather embarrassed that he had been caught. We were all young and naive once, so i didnt report it to his manager who was elsewhere. I wont return in future, even though my car is an old banger, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great service great price on time with no hassle and polite service 5 star

I had been charged £36 for a valve to be changed. I had been 3 months earlier for the same thing but a different wheel and was charged £20. Feel like I’ve been had. Also invoice given was from an address somewhere else in the country. Makes me think my details have gone somewhere else.

No messing around and a no fuss change of a tyre. They had a hole in their schedule and fitted us in. Excellent and had what everywhere else had told us was a difficult tyre to find for the Volvo.
