Had two front tyres fitted with tracking checked as well.
We left the car for them to sort for a hour.
Drove away and vehicle was still pulling to the right.
Went back immediately for them to resolve the issue and it took them half an hour to sort the tracking, making me think that they had not done it the first time even though we had paid for that service.

I arrived at 12pm and my car was waiting for me at 12.45pm - fast and efficient

Plenty of communication, helpful staff.

I still have no tyre and the tracking hasn't been done

As usual replacing tyres was an easy process. Pre-booked online and installed on time.

Four new tyres sent to Bath Road Bristol depot. They fitted them onto the car and carried out a wheel alignment check which they said was fine. Only a couple of days later someone. Noticed that instead of all four tyres being Allseason the two on the front were Winter season! The fitters either didn’t notice (completely different tread pattern) or couldn’t be bothered to tell me before they fitted them that there were two different seasons and was this correct? It’s well documented that it’s potentially dangerous to mix tread patterns. What compounded my anger is that I took the car to a different company to have the correct tyres fitted and they carried out an alignment check which showed the fronts were needing adjusting. When I got home I looked at the paperwork from ProTyres and they’d even inputted the wrong vehicle details into the alignment computer thereby giving me a false reading. Four days with out using my car, another day off to have the correct tyres fitted and all ProTyres have agreed is to refund the alignment fee I had to pay out. No real answers except that they’d make sure in future the fitters would check the right tyres before fitting. Incompetence doesn’t cover it. Never use them again.

Polite and professional

Excellent service as usual- I went there with a slow puncture. Fixed and all sorted plus safety check on my other tyres within half hour.

The person who was designated to remove the wheel from my car used the incorrect socket on the end of an air gun and ended up rounding off two of my wheel nuts. These then had to be chiselled off irreparably damaging the nuts. This was followed by the same person fitting the tyre the wrong direction to the wheel rotation. Fortunately this was noticed by the garage Forman who then removed and replaced the tyre.

The whole experience was terrible, damaging and expensive
