I can't seem to be able to contact them to tell them that my charging unit has failed after only eight months. They don't answer the phone and have bounced back my emails.

I have got to say the customer support is 10 out of 10 my trolley stopped working and has been taken away and replaced within a week would honestly say they were great with me

Worst experience I’ve had buying graphics. Horrible customer service.

I bought my pro-rider golf trolley 4 years ago.
I had to replace the battery after 3 years heavy use and the wheel clutches at the same time.
Heavy use is at least once a week during winter and minimum twice a week during summer on very hilly courses.
After 4 years I now have to replace the front wheel.
Spares such as straps, controllers, wheels, bearings and batteries are easily obtained.
As far as value for money is concerned I don't think anyone can complain.

Have had the golf trolley less than 2 years, have had to replace the speed pod twice and it has now developed another fault. I think this says it all___AVOID at all costs.

This company has gone downhill fast from being good customer service to rubbish. Can’t get hold of them and their product is garbage.

I bought a pro rider golf trolley the end of June 2023 used it twice the battery lasted 18 holes then went flat , I then fully charged it following that it lasted nine holes ! The really disappointing thing is not being able to contact any sort of customer services at all by phone or email !!!!!! The phone sevice just constantly say lines are busy ?

Stay away from these people. Bought one of their trolleys last year after 20 rounds battery seemed to lose power quickly. After 25 rounds I had to push the trolley around the back nine. Tried to get in contact with them and managed to get through once. Was told battery was under warranty but they had none in stock. Have send a large number of emails and no reply. Have tried to phone god knows how many times and can’t get answer. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for a trolley

Contacted pro-rider to say that the battery was extremely hot from the first time that I used it and that it was "swelling" at the sides. They replied telling me that I should not use it ! they clearly saw this as a solution to my problem rather than considering that I might be seeking a battery that was both safe and operational. Impossible to get a response either my email or phone. Hopeless.

Have been waiting 3months for replacement golf trolley battery replacement, battery becoming useless in less than 6months from new. I'm be palm off with the idea they don't sell lithium batteries for their golf cart. Then receiving over a week ago a battery to fit a mobile scooter, have messaged back await reply, as I'm sure your all aware you can't easily if at all make phone contact. Would have been cheaper to buy a reliable £800 trolley as having to hire whilst this long drawn out saga continues. Suggest you go else where if you intend to use your purchases!!!

I bought an electric golf trolley in September 2022 (still under warranty) and I've noticed that one of the wheels has started to crack at the point where it slots onto the axle. I've contacted the company about getting a replacement set of wheels but I'm struggling to get a response. I also see now that the website redirects to jackstonehouse.com so the company might have been sold/bought out. The other recent reviews don't fill me with hope. But if I do get a reply, I'll update this review. But faults appearing in a product after 4 months is pretty poor.

Edit: If anyone is trying to contact the company, do not contact jackstonehouse, use the @proridermobility.com email address. They got back to me within 30 mins and have sorted me out with a new set of wheels. Lets hope they arrive and they don't succumb to the same fate as the originals.

Bought a golf trolley just over a year ago. After about 6 uses, the battery started running out after 6 holes. After another go at charging it, realised the battery was now faulty (looks like it's about to explode, with the casing bloated). Support from them suggested I buy a new battery from Amazon or ebay as it's 2 weeks over the warranty period. Low quality battery in my view.

Absolutely great customer service team, very helpful and knew a lot about the products. Solution was given through 1 phone call. Very impressed.

I personally wouldn’t bye one I had mine as a birthday Christmas present looks good but I’ve done less than 30 rounds the first set of tyres came off the rims while playing I had to bye another set from pro rider they also came off the rims I’m now on the third set which pro rider didn’t charge now the wheel keeps falling of as the pin on the axle is broken and I had to purchase them myself again ! It’s a shame first off I was recommending to friends but not anymore and as I’ve read the reviews on here I see pro rider only respond to the positive feedback not the negative ones (I’ll probably get a response now) 🤣

Brand new electric pro rider axel spinning wheels not spinning. Have put wheels on past split pin and locked. Still not spinning. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Can someone help please

I ordered a push/pull golf trolley from pro rider leisure. On only it’s 3rd round of 18 the front left wheel melted off the joint. It’s a massive design flaw. The wheel is on a metal bolt that gets hot while being used due to friction which is inside a plastic joint so it just melts away and the wheel falls off and isn’t fixable and it clearly doesn’t take long for this to happen! Great price for a push trolley and can see why now! Cheap and flimsy - do not buy. Have emailed for a refund as I said I have had the trolley less than a week and it didn’t even last 3 full rounds, hopefully their customer service is better than the product!

Having purchased a golf trolley 6 months or so ago it is slowly falling apart! I have had to have serveral replacement parts sent out. Most recently the battery has packed in. I have been told to purchase a replacement myself & send them the invoice to receive my money back. I have been on hold several hours to customer services & sent an email & tried contacting vis facebook but i cannot get a response or get to speak to anyone. I dont know if the company is even still operating. Avoid at all costs. Extremly poor quality product & even worst customer experience.

Now that the winter season is upon us my club has garaged the golf buggies so it's a walk or no golf. I do have a push/pull trolley but decided to take a look at an electric option. After some research including checking the bank balance I opted for the Pro Rider 36 Hole Electric Trolley (lead acid battery). It comes with a range of extras all of which you can make use of so these are not 'functionless' after thoughts. The trolley arrived by courier in very good time. It was easy to assemble which is great as the instruction are a bit vague (my only complaint). The battery itself had a full (well near enough) charge - but check if you buy one - so if wanted I could have unpacked it and headed out for a round. Sturdy construction but light enough to easily lift in and out of the car in its very good quality storage bag. Very quiet. All the functions you need/want on an electric trolley, preset distance x 3, variable easy to operate speed control ... Easy to maneuver. Used it for the first time Saturday and it was so nice not to have to lug a push/pull trolley and I had more energy for playing - my home course is a bit hilly. So if you are looking for a trolley I can 100% recommend this especially for the price, ease of use, functionality and the useful added extras. Also if you are in the market for a manual trolley which for a good one will cost close to and even above £100 put the little extra and get one of these. You will not be disappointed - imo. Can't wait for my next round

Purchased a football goal
Airwave Strike Football Goal - (EX18015)· Size: 8x6ft
for my son and unfortunately it broke at the plastic joints within a day. Now a crumpled mess of broken plastic (net is also not fit for purpose). They offered me a replacement; which is pointless as they break, and then eventually got a full refund (minus delivery charge). Perhaps it wasn't meant to be used with real footballs? Disappointing product but appreciate the customer service was quite good. Not recommended to use this goal for real football!!!
