Very happy with the value that being part of this programme offers!

A lie from the start. None of your own money to put in. They then take nearly 2 hours of your time with very little information for those who would know nothing about flipping. They did a lot of bragging though and don't get me started on the misogynist comments from this so called professional owner Wade! What a vile man, spouting about family believing in you just because you have money and the real clincher for all women to love him, when he starts on about men who now have beautiful partners when they didn't when they were broke! As someone who works in Domestic Abuse I found that truly appalling. My family are proud of me no matter what, I don't need a partner to validate my worth and if they only want my money then why would you want to be with them? That told me all I wanted to know about Wade. If that wasn't enough he kept harping on about dabblers and tried to shame those who wouldn't buy in, literally! This so called none of your own money is actually just under £2k. If we all had that lying around we wouldn't be looking to make extra money would we? Also if he is doing so well, why does he need to advertise, also wrongly, on Facebook! Got your number with your posh voice, I'm from a council estate, not really bollocks

An absolute blast of a day from Tom Wade! Hugely informative, insightful and reavealing, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge to both beginners and experienced property people in a dynamic and hugely entertaining way. In a market flooded with 'property gurus' he stands head and shoulders above everyone else. If you want to excel in success, then look no further!

This is the best training event I have ever been on the support is amazing Tom and his team has got his clients interests at heart he makes you feel like you're in a true family I highly recommended anybody who wants to get involved with property flipping to get involved and I don't say that lightly.

Good course content learning / Event and the modules education /& insight offered /and team support webinars /which I have attended. Like the mindset stuff – although for this.. you do actually need knowledge and guidance. Although only criticism is webinars can be a bit less especially during the winters (as work life balance is something UK lacks compared to other countries...). As I certainly like to earn my money then retire somewhere in the sun with loved ones… (not chase money all my life). Life is short! Good stuff /course content a lot of information! However, not all can make it on this on their own without proper support/insight or individual coaching. Due to the legal stuff/solicitors scripting /involved – as you need individual coaching for this – for the ordinary folks. You cannot go it at your own, no. Unless you have a property background/ or just are an expert/ you happen to just get it – or a state agent. I suggest these guys they do individual coaching just for showing how to get our first deal / something simple flipping property /deal which they need to show once - through individual Coaching. Provided people they have attended the event / modules/ webinars studied the craft. As just attending webinars people are getting overwhelmed… I suggest that individual coaching / or workshops are to be given - to help us show us how to get our first deal/ flip a property – something simple. I am willing to pay a small fee up to 2k (as I am low on cash I’m afraid...) to learn this free skill that is what I suggest - as they have my email & number. I am open to an offer small fee/ individual Coaching. Can they appoint someone to help get my first deal /step by step? We need to be shown this free skill. I am afraid the modules are not enough you need individual coaching on this – learn how to fish! They do need more individual Coaches. Until they do not provide this workshop /service to help teach us step of the way in how to flip – it is no good. They do need to do provide workshops or individual coaching on how to simply help get our first deal for complete beginners - during the summer months only, while the days are long, not winters. They need to be open to suggestions to take on. I am open to an offer…

Desperate marketing ploys. Promises it’s so easy to make a lot of money. It isn’t. If it’s not for you and you ask for your money back, they refuse. I found it very complicated, you have to buy a lot of other things SKOOL etc, after a few months I found it overwhelming and too much. Asked for a refund after explaining. I’ve just come out of a secure unit due to mental health. This was a contributing factor, due to the debt it had gotten me in. Take take, greed greed. Avoid unless money is no object.

After unsubscribing to emails twice, I am still receiving emails with no option to opt-out. I have now reported this to the ICO.

Think thrice before engaging with this business. They are using disgraceful and desperate marketing practices.

You can probably get some value if you are patient and persistent. But your head will be spinning with the very annoying coaches, especially the main one. Bragging, being patronising, having a winners-losers mentality, being condescending, projecting his own shit onto others, etc.

10 out of 10 for Tom and Tomas teachings of remote flipping houses, the energy and passion that Tom has on his ( rants) is second to none, i was hooked the moment i heard what he was offering and ive since joined the team and am amazed at the knowledge and wisdom of the systems they have built and have passed on to use for joining. Anyone thinking its a scam or not real just have a go before judging

Very nearly bought into TOM "im not bragging" WADEs Flip Property Remotely con scheme... the further things went on i found myself hearing and seeing through the bull... he became focused on the sell at the end more than the business. Which i then thought, ill play this prick at his own game and see if i can get them to agree to "keep a spot open for me" in chat (spot i didnt actually want in the end). No reply in chat, then an hour later i get a text message to say if i leave a deposit they will honour the price reduction.

Its all a con people! Dont believe the hype! Absolute baloney!!!! Hes full of sh*t excuse my french.

Dodge with a bargepole!!!! And for god sake please dont spend your money with this carrupt individual.

Attending the live Flip Mastery was absolutely worth it!!! Tom had vibrating energy contaminating everyone, it was unbelievable! He shared so much knowledge and I’m grateful to be part of his community and lean from him… I will always follow his advice and never quit… so thank you Tom and team, for all the help.
