The manuscript was returned within the promised window, communication was clear throughout, and my follow-up question after delivery received a prompt and courteous reply. The edits improved grammar, punctuation, and sentence flow without changing my meaning, and several thoughtful suggestions helped clarify complex arguments for an academic readership. Consistency was generally strong, including spelling, terminology, and tone, and repetitive phrasing was reduced, which made the paper read more smoothly.
