Guest Service in Cruise Retail
I just completed the Learning About Guest Service in Cruise Retail course through the Cruise Retail Academy, and I have to say it genuinely exceeded my expectations.
The content was sharp, practical, and relevant. It didn't feel like a box-ticking exercise. It felt like real preparation for working in one of the most unique retail environments in the world. The course broke down guest service in a way that was easy to absorb but never oversimplified, which I appreciated as someone actively pursuing a career in cruise retail.
What stood out most was how applicable everything was. You're not just learning theory. You're learning how to think, engage, and deliver in a high-expectation, multicultural, onboard setting.
The platform itself was smooth, the material was well-structured, and it's clear the Academy genuinely cares about the development of its members. I can already see how this knowledge will serve me when I step onboard.
