I already work in retail on land. Long hours of standing, meeting new people, having nice and difficult customers. I get along with all my colleagues. I know that I'm ready for a cruiseship journey though it's gonna be a different environment. I learned so much from this and I'm thankful for the knowledge. It has prepared me. Thank you

This course have help to have a clear way to navigate my career path, to successfully advance professionally by using measurable, achievable ,relevant and time bond (smart) goals. Very interesting and informative..

The course was well planned and layed out, easy for me to follow. The diagrams in each module really helped in summarizing and understanding it. The podcast at the end of it was a major plus. The end of learning quiz really affirmed my understanding of the whole course. Learned a lot about myself that I was not aware before the start of the exercise. Grateful for the experience.
