Projectorpoint Anmeldelser

Great advice helping to get the right screen and projector. Really good communication and understanding when a slight delay occurred making payment. This was a community project and required final sign off from a committee! I can't fault Projectorpoint who deserve the full 5 star review.

Brilliant knowledge, unbelievably helpful on the phone and a phone call afterwards to check everything was ok. The equipment is ace too, just what we needed and a good price.

Excellent sales advice, and very quick delivery of a projector (Epson EB-L260F) and screen (Sapphire Manual Slow retraction Screen - 270 x 152cm). We are pleased with the performance of both, in regular use for our local village hall.

I recently had a mixed experience with Projectorpoint. Although they managed to help replace my broken projector quickly, the initial purchase didn't fit my needs and had to be returned. However, they processed the refund swiftly, and their staff, particularly Gulam, provided commendable customer service throughout the ordeal. Ultimately, I ended up with a smaller, more suitable projector. While the overall process was a bit of a hassle, the final product is working well for my presentations. I'm appreciative of the effort but feel the situation could've been smoother from the get-go.

Very helpful and very quick with responses. guided me to the correct solution for my needs without any hassle.

My projector broke the day before a presentation. In a panic I googled projector dealers nearby and found ProjectorPoint. Gulam Khamboo went many many extra miles on the telephone providing advice and making sure I had a new projector by the following day (I collected it). But when I realised it was too big for my purposes, after using it once, I returned it and bought a smaller version which is entirely and absolutely perfect.

The refund for the larger projector arrived promptly (quicker than the usual 7-9 business days) and I could not be happier with my new smaller projector. It's easy to use (and I'm a very untechnical person) the image quality is great and it's even got its own shoulder-bag for carrying to presentations.

ProjectorPoint and Gulam and Fane Regis - who helped when I brought the too-large projector back - deserve medals for saving the day when I thought I might have to cancel the presentation and might not have the smaller one in time for my next presentation. The new neat not-ridiculously-expensive portable projector will see me through many future presentations. THANK you.

Gulam is a great customer service rep. Great support with my purchase. A 158” Sapphire electric screen. Great communication. Thank you.

Very helpful, Will was able to recommend a new projector to suit our requirements.
It arrived the next day. Was very easy to install and we are very pleased with the picture quality.
Thanks

Excellent service quality products great service quick delivery and really helpful will deal again hopeville social club.

The only company that could provide the item I was after. Excellent customer service from Will in particular. Item arrived on time and securely packaged. I will definitely be using them again.

Will in sales offered excellent advice and recommendations. I was guided through all potential options in order to select a system with the best performance. The Epson TW9400 fitted my requirements perfectly resulting in an installation that exceeds expectations for both 4k and 3D content.
Highly recommended, knowledgeable company.

Everything from first contact to completion of supply and install of AV projector at a height of 5 metres was absolutely painless. Communication was excellent and the install team went beyond what they had to do to ensure we were happy with the completed work.
100% recommend ProjectorPoint and will use them again for any AV requirements.

Following issues with our current church projector (15+ years old) I had several conversations with Will. He quickly understood our requirements and made a suggestion for a new projector. Having fitted it last week, I received many comments on Sunday morning about how bright and clear it was.
I feel that will provide excellent service and guidance from initial discussion to delivery of the projector.
Would I use Projector Point again....YES absolutely!

I would highly recommend Projectorpoint. The help Will gave was invaluable at a time of need and his knowledge and professionalism came through in abundance.
I received my projector within 24 hours of ordering it and it was perfect for the situation I explained.
Thank you

Highly recommend Fane and his installation team. Very knowledgeable, came out and gave excellent advice to meet our needs and requirements. Prompt and competitive quote received in a timely manner. Fane kept us fully upto date with delivery times and Installation date. Andrew and the Installation team were fantastic, polite, courteous and did not leave until we were happy and understood how the new system worked. A fantastic experience would definitely use again.

Very easy to contact , great customer support , very helpful ! Glad I bought from projectorpoint and fantastic updates with delivery and payment

Fantastic service, someone polite and knowledgeable to ask advice from before ordering. Order delivered promptly and well packaged.
Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a projector. There were helpful 11 years ago when we bought the first projector and remain so today.

Really helpful, well-informed and realistic advice from Will. Much more concerned about getting us to the right solution than up-selling us to the most expensive option we would tolerate. Great communication, too - timely, clear and professional. All round a first-rate experience. Highly recommended.

Great communication even took trouble to check projector was suitable for room we were using. Once ordered delivery was on schedule. Projector was used within 2 hours of delivery and members commented on quality of images projected. We are very happy with our purchase.

From my first phone call to ProjectorPoint to receiving the projector, the whole process has been very smooth and very prompt! Will was particularly helpful in arranging an instant quote/invoice & confirming when payment was received, so the projector was dispatched immediately. Will happily recommend ProjectorPoint to everyone as a great company to do business with!
