The Doctor communicated to me that the…
The Doctor communicated to me that the new dose of my GLP-1 would be 3mg once per week. A vial containing 3 doses, with incorrect prescription instructions were on the label. I messaged the Doctor on 07/31/26. Today is 08/06/26 and still have not gotten a response from the Doctor. Customer support keeps telling me that they have passed the message on to the Doctor , but nothing gets done. I have to say that this the worst treatment I’ve ever received from a Doctor and the worst from a medical platform.

I placed my order L549849 by mistake and contacted ProHealth immediately to cancel it before shipping. Despite numerous cancellation requests, they ignored me, took US$248.30 from my account without my permission to proceed with the purchase, and forcibly shipped the order anyway.
They have not properly responded to my emails, phone calls, internal messages or follow-up requests. Their system confirmed my cancellation request, but they still refused to stop the shipment or issue a refund.
This appears extremely dodgy and unacceptable. I am disputing the transaction with my bank and preparing complaints to the relevant consumer authorities.
Based on how ProHealth treats its customers, I have no confidence in its business practices or product quality.
Not recommended to anyone. Stay safe and keep well away from this company.

We'd like the chance to make this right we reached out to our international shipping partner Asendia USA who processes our international shipments to see if they can stop your package and have it returned back to us. We submitted the refund request to your account for the full amount of order L549849 $248.30 USD. Depending on our customer's banks it can take 5 to 14 business days for it to reflect in their account.
If it is too late for Asendia to stop it on their end you can just not claim the package and we have submitted the refund request to your account now for you.

Thank you for raising these concerns. We would rather answer a difficult question directly than have a customer left worried about something they are taking.
Ordinary white silica gel—the material commonly used in “Do Not Eat” packets, is generally considered non-toxic and chemically inert. Those packets are marked not to eat because they are not food and because the packet itself can present a choking or, rarely, an obstruction risk. Poison Control does not classify ordinary silica gel as a systemic poison. The silica associated with serious occupational disease is respirable crystalline silica dust inhaled in settings such as mining and stone cutting. That is a different form and route of exposure from the amorphous silicon dioxide used in food and supplements.
You are correct that silicon dioxide appears on the current Optimized Curcumin Longvida label. Where we disagree is the conclusion that its presence makes the product poisonous. The claim that silicon dioxide has been tested only as a single dose is also incorrect. European regulators completed a full re-evaluation in 2018 and a follow-up review in 2024 using evidence that extended well beyond one administration. The 2024 review found no safety concern at reported uses and use levels and no indication of genotoxicity. Regulators did identify limitations in the historical evidence and did not calculate a traditional numerical daily limit. That means the available evidence did not support that particular calculation; it does not mean that harm was found or that only one dose was studied.
Magnesium stearate is a manufacturing lubricant and antiadherent. It helps keep powders from sticking to equipment and supports consistent capsule or tablet fill. It can change how quickly some formulations dissolve, depending on the product and manufacturing conditions. A change in dissolution rate is not the same as preventing absorption, and the available evidence does not support the categorical claim that it blocks absorption of supplement ingredients.
There is also no general “small amount” loophole that allows manufacturers to hide several functional sweeteners. A sweetener intentionally added to perform a function in the finished supplement must be declared by name in the ingredient list. The gram amount may not always be required in the Supplement Facts panel, and a narrow exemption can apply to an incidental substance that performs no function in the finished product, but neither rule allows intentionally added sweeteners to be concealed by dividing them into small quantities.
We understand that some customers prefer products without particular excipients, and that is a valid purchasing preference. If you share the specific products you are concerned about, we will walk through every ingredient on those labels and explain what it is doing in the formula.
