The engineer was on time and carried out the service to a high standard and left with my property in a clean condition and reported that the boiler is in an excellent working order.

It was faultless, a fuss-free and curiously enough a nourishing experience. Opened the door, left keys and contact details if necessary,soon left with dog, returned a little while later to a clean tidy house with a new boiler engagingly purring in the corner.

The engineer turned up a day earlier than expected, although I booked by phone in December and they might have put down the wrong day as I normally am not available on Tuesday’s and would not have booked that day. However I was only 2 minutes away when the engineer phoned me to say he was there. The annual check was carried out in very little time and the engineer was polite and professional in his manner. I was very happy with the service I received and happy that he turned up a day early.

Not only are they honest. They turn up on time. They do the job right so it only has to be done once. Their prices are fair and the quality of their work is excellent. They've fixed old boilers and heating systems fitted by inferior tradespeople. They've also fitted a boiler for me that purrs like a kitten.

If you need a new boiler or repair these are the guys to go to.

Simply the best

We used this company to service our boiler last year. As they were good we reused them this year. The phone is promptly answered by a person. They are all helpful and cordial. The engineer was bang on time and service was comprehensive and thorough.

Great, reliable service

I was extremely impressed by Dean, the engineer that serviced our boiler and replaced a temperature valve on one of the radiators. From the moment Dean arrived, I could tell that he was probably a perfectionist. He was immaculately groomed, extremely polite, confident without an air of cockiness, efficient, and conscientious. Dean explained everything that he was going to do in easy to understand layman's terms. Also, the ladies that I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointment, were helpful and friendly. We have used Progas for years, and have always had good service. I highly recommend them.
