I changed my cooker from.oil to lpg....found a empty 47kg bottle...ordered online and within an hour they were here!!! Fast service or what! Friendly too and cheaper than calor or flogas. My new goto lpg supply.

I have been using ProGas for years because it employs people who know what they are doing, are thorough, careful, tidy, do not rush, are able to explain technical matters simply, and on this occasion, helped me move a heavy piece of furniture for access to one radiator.

The engineer did a great where other engineers have failed in the past. I was concerned that the Magnaclean hadn’t been serviced for 3 years but this engineer managed to do it! A thorough job- thank you

Excellent service from Progas today. I phoned as our radiators were red hot, so we switched the system off . Derek was amazing and arranged for an engineer to come today. Dean quickly assessed the situation and repaired the fault. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough. A real caring and friendly service. Thank you so much. 🙏🏻

Progas installed my heating and hot water system back in 2021 and since then their service and support has been impeccable in every way and today they came to conduct the annual service of my system. In terms of communicating they really are excellent, you can call them, yes, you can actually call their office and speak to the boss or one of their very helpful team, without pressing loads of options, or hearing that their experiencing high levels of calls, as is so often the case these days with most companies! I would never ever go back to British Gas again as Progas are, 'Simply The Best'...

Really impressed with Lewis who diagnosed and fixed an issue with our boiler in 20-30 mins. It was an emergency situation as our Worcester combi boiler had stopped working.

Also gave me some tips re addressing the fine debris that comes through our water supply. Full marks!

Progas provides an excellent service. They contact me when my boiler requires a service and booking is quick and straightforward The engineer came on time as appointed and notified me of his ETA. He was friendly polite and carried out the service thoroughly. He explained what he has done and reassured me my boiler is performing correctly and to contact the company if I have any issues. He left the area as he met it.Very satisfied with the service overall.
