Lovely staff member
Lovely blonde staff member (unfortunaly forgot her name) helped my family and i choose some knives, she explained what worked best and how good the product was overall the quality of the knives is brilliant and the staff member was very friendly and an amazing person.

Very good shop assistants
The shop assistants were proactive and came forward to help …….instead of me having to find someone as in some places. Friendly and polite and didn’t rush me.

Needed to pop in store , was meet by very friendly staff. They asked what I needed then within 5 mins sorted it out. If every shop acted like this shopping would be a lot more enjoyable.

Polite service and finding what I had been looking for for a long time-a small stainless steel saucepan with a pouring spout, and a lid with draining holes.

I needed a replacement knife
I needed a replacement knife to complete a Pro Cook set. Very helpful shop assistant was able to identify exactly the right knife.

Great products, great service
We have bought from Procook for many years and have always being pleased with the products and service.
We needed new frying pans and bought various options - non Procook. Disappointed with them all.
Made a trip to our closest Procook store and came away with three frying pans , a casserole dish and some very neat pan protectors.
So far, so good, we have used each piece and they are superb.
We could buy online but prefer to go to the store - the staff are very helpful.
