I wanted a Garlic Press
I wanted a Garlic Press, unfortunately shop in West Quay Southampton didn't have them, nor online. I thought i would buy a frying pan that is smaller to the one I have already. Does the job, and keeps everything hot, even after an hour and a half. Easy to clean, the weight of the fryer is heavy which I like.

Sticky label won't come off
I bought an induction hob converter for my old pans. It's a good size with a nicely angled handle. However, the label used by Procook was stuck fast. It wouldn't peel off, so I soaked it. It still wouldn't peel off and I had to scrap it off with a knife. Even then it's left a sticky residue. It's taken me a good 30 minutes and I still can't use it because of the residue.

Friendly customer service
Friendly customer service, excellent quality products, we have purchased saucepans in the past & this week utensils & cutting knives that were on order. I never worry about buying from this company as always have been very pleased with my purchase

Excellent pans
We picked up the Professional Bi-Ply sauce pan set, some frying pans and a caserol pan in the January sales, I was a little wary as we had expected to pay far more than we did, and I have to say the quality is superb and the heat distribution is spot on, a joy to cook with
