I’ve bought off Procook before on line but this was my first time at one of their physical retail outlets. I shall definitely return - great experience, fantastic staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

Helpful staff
Helpful staff. I mentioned I had bought a mandolin a few months ago and was too scared to use it. As it’s in original box she found it on the system and said to bring it in. I said it was ok as I hadn’t got a receipt but offered an exchange next time I’m in the store. Very impressive customer service.

Replacement tray
Replaced a baking tray that for some reason had peeled. The assistant did say that if I had bought it in they could have possibly replaced it free of charged as it does have a 10 year guarantee. I have a set of the trays and the others are absolutely fine so not sure what happened with the large one. Anyway I really love these hence getting a replacement.
