I’ve bought off Procook before on line but this was my first time at one of their physical retail outlets. I shall definitely return - great experience, fantastic staff, friendly and knowledgeable.

Great experience at ProCook in Touchwood, Solihull. Imaan offered excellent customer service — friendly, professional, and truly helpful throughout my visit. She patiently answered my questions and helped me choose the right products without feeling pressured. The store was tidy, well-organised, and had a wide selection of high-quality kitchenware. Buying some new pans
Both colleagues who helped us worked really well together and were very approachable and knowledgable. They helped us with questions about pans and also a coffee machine! Very professional and kind. Would recommend
