Lovely staff, greeted me with a smile, but left alone when I wanted to browse. Very helpful when I requested a nutmeg mill as an addition to my pan, you need to stock them, they save knuckles!
As said before assistants did not give me time to browse before pouncing on me although helpful I just wanted more time to look at other products

We're so glad you found our presentation nice and our staff helpful and attentive! Thank you.
Very friendly and helpful
Very friendly and helpful, however, deducting 1 star, as when we got home, (we live an hour away), we found one of the pans we purchased was the wrong type, tri-metal and should have been the non stick forged..... Which means my wife has to go back and change it..... God knows what else she'll find to spend our money while she's there!!

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the incorrect pan. We understand the frustration of having to travel back, especially from an hour away, to exchange an item. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review our processes to prevent similar issues.

Lisa was fantastic start to finish
Lisa was fantastic start to finish. Went in to look whilst shopping, explained what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Spent a while with me showing me diffrent knives, letting me try them, and explaining the diffrences to me. She is a credit to Procook. Ann was brilliant also 😎 Settled on a set of Aus10 knives, which so far I love, and make cooking so much easier. Hopefully they stand the test of time. The 25 year garentee means they should.

Excellent and non pushy service. The store was clean and the displays enticing. Was easy to find the knife my daughter wanted as a gift from the clear Perspex display wall. I live miles away but will definitely return & recommend to friends.
